LINDA DIANE K.Windshield was filthy!!! I Couldnt see out it!!!! I don't believe they prepared vehicle for Covid-19. I feel it should have been cleaned inside upon pickup to ensure it was wiped down. I couldn't check my vehicle in either upon return, location services wouldn't work!!
susan W.The first person I talked to was great, the next day I needed to make a new appt and was on hold over 1/2hr then the woman I talked to had no clue what to do and we were cut off, called back again and was on hold for 3/4hr and then told computer and phone issues were a problem so call back. At this point I went to nearest uhaul store and rented dolly in person with no problems.
Jeff K.First, the vehicle I wanted to use wasn't available at this location, nor was the next one up. I had to pay for a large uhaul when I just needed a pickup truck. Second, when I arrived at my loading location, I found the rear roll up door was frozen shut. After a 30 minute run around with customer service, I spent money out of my own pocket for de icer and a scraper.....

Brian H.When I did my initial inspection there was dents and scratches all over it, most were noted with "x" stickers. I found several without. I told the man, he said oh dont worry about it. Upon drop off, I was charged an additional amount for "cleaning", the man said that I had left sludge and oil inside the trailer. I moved one item with the trailer that was strapped down that had zero oil in, on or around my item. Something like this deserves a phone call. I never searched for the oil at pickup but I surely learned not to do business here again if a simple phone call cant be made. Amazed that he would say it was me and take money from my account without first contacting me. Very sketchy business dealing in my opinion.

Duane M.24/7 was HORRIBLE. It took an hour to be approved and get the code to unlock the lock box with the key in it. I hope we never have to use this service again! Horrible. Horrible. I will never recommend it to anyone.

Randal R.I'd recommend using the location across town at 170 E. Chicago Rd. That location, the people know what they're doing, are super courteous, and extremely helpful. You will get the opposite at 638 E. Chicago Rd. There were two guys in there, a younger guy who was extremely surly to the point of being abrasive and even somewhat rude, and an older guy who didn't know his butt from his elbow and took 40 minutes fiddling with his computer to process my rental that I had already reserved and input all the data on. I rented another truck the week before at the location across town, the one at 170 E. Chicago Rd. over there by Messenger Lake (It was a 2-truck, 3 trailer move taking place over two weeks from CW to Big Rapids), and I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes and even had the guy come outside with me and give me a tutorial, something the guy in this store didn't even offer to do, not that I needed it as I had just rented a truck the week before, but he didn't know that. Anyway, at this location, it appears your choices are young, rude, but somewhat competent or old, slow and not competent.

larry M.I was told at the pickup place they told me that if i drop it off at this place i would get 14 dollars back but i didn't i could have dropped it off at a place closer to my house. Plus i was giving 55 miles and from Jackson to my house is 61 miles.

sandra E.apparently reserving the truck early does not help. Had to drive 1/2 an hour extra one way to get the truck I reserved in advance. UHaul takes reservations, but fails to hold the reservation.
