The rental experience was horrible. It took over 2 hours to pick up the rental. The mobile pickup was supposed to be fast and easy but it was absolutely horrible.
Tracey WThis was 30 minutes out of my way to drop off the trailer. The staff never even checked the trailer. I walked up to the front of the store and asked where to put the trailer and she just pointed and said drop it somewhere over there. She never came out to check.

Patricia SMoved from Missouri back to New York, you all charged $700 more for us to go that way than from New York to Missouri. Same distance, same drop off place, yet we had to pay an additional $700. Extremely unfair and unreasonable.

VERNON SFind a way to get the keys in the customer's hands sooner....the pick up process was long, tedious and redundant with information that had been shared with Uhaul previously. The names and addresses of THREE additional references and the attempts to use multiple credit cards made for a frustrating start with a six person moving crew waiting to get to the job site. On site approval did not occur...she had to call a Uhaul office somewhre for final assistance.
MITCH HQuit saying that you have equipment at one location and send me 40 minutes to pick it up in another location. Did not have furniture dolly as requested. This has happened the last two times I have rented with Uhaul.

Eric CTruck was not what I requested but I was given a truck for the same rate, so that was fine, but the truck itself was horrible. The front end of the truck was in need of an alignment or something, it shook really bad while driving and pulled to the right side it made for a long tiring drive to fight traffic and the truck as well to keep it on the road. Was not happy with it at all.

JUANITA SI'm not familiar with the area as far as location but you couldn't ask for more pleasant people to work with. I would drive 30 miles out of the way again to have the excellent customer service we experienced.
