The location was fine and getting the truck was easy. It was just not the most convenient location for me as there were several locations much closer to me. But I also understand scheduling. I was very happy with how scheduling accommodated an extra day to allow me to pick up the truck early. Much appreciated!

I was charged an undisclosed fee of $20 for an after hours drop off. Im not happy that I wasn't told that it would cost me more to return the truck after hours. But a suprise someone wants after moving all night.

The drop off location was not manned when I arrived. However, the owner responded to inquires and provided clear instructions. Drop off was easy and processed promptly.

The initial mobile checkin was a joke! I stood there in the freezing weather, while being told that my location couldn't be verified. Thank goodness gentleman of 145 west and 9th fixed the issue, by verified my location& thus unlocked and VB presented me the key to the Uhaul!

The gentleman that opened the door when I knocked wasn't the nicest. He had a large mean dog that barked when I knocked and his answers came off as rude to me, like I was already supposed to know what to do. It was a shady place for a drop off so I wanted to make sure I was doing everything correctly. I wouldn't choose this drop off location in the future.

I check the distance we drove and it was just under 4 miles and we were charged 6.8 ( so a couple dollars) we dropped it off around 6 pm ( 21hours early ) at the drop off spot and we were charged 20 dollars extra for a after hours fee. Went from 94 up to 130. Just confused on how we were billed. Didn't need a refund for dropping it off early by the extra charges were weird and didn't make sense. The guy was nice and awesome! Made things easy. I never got a self pick up code or anything and he came over to help asap. It's not a bad location just how they nickle and dime you from uhaul.

Owner was very helpful new truck which was nice but since I did the mobile pick up there was an additional 20 dollars added which is ridiculous last time I use mobile pick up

Checking in & picking up the truck was no problem, smooth. I was able to get moved,and return the truck before closing. I was there a little after 4pm.Unfortunately though the guy had left for the day. I had to call him twice, the 1st time it went to voicemail, the 2nd time all he told me was , ok truck filled up? OK then leave the key in the box. I was hoping to be checked out so it would go into the system & I wouldn't get charged late fee, or for a 2nd day. If Uhaul is open until 5pm, that includes the side businesses as well. The people should be there to offer assistance.

Need to improve your U-Haul app. Always say no service tap again to refresh and keeps asking you to log in for every action I don't know if it was the location too but I didn't loose service. That would help with using the 24/7 ride share through the app.

I arrived to this address and rang the doorbell to a private residence and the owner started shouting that I woke up his dog and he was very pissed. It was a pitbull, which was barking the entire time and I felt very uncomfortable entering his home to sign paperwork. I would NOT recommend this drop off site to anyone!!!

The mileage was off they said we have used 28 miles and we only used 13 miles we took 1 trip to the storage unit and it was 6.8 miles one way. I am very upset.

This location was poorly maintained and the vehicle was so dirty. Not just dusty but had food crumbs everywhere. I'd recommend going to a different location.

Preordered truck with a dollie but no dollie in truck and none available. Nothing was said until i asked... still billed for it too. Was sent to another location to pick up a dollie from them, also none available and now I've wasted useless miles, gas and time. Truck was filthy. Have to wait for a manager to call me next week (??? Really ???) to discuss a credit for the dollie. Terrible experience.

It was slow and expensive. The computer didn't run so had to be reloaded. I had preregistered so don't know why he needed to have me wait for his slow computer. For the first time in using U Haul , I was charged extra to hook up the car to the trailer.

Uhaul needs to accept any drop off location in area near customer destination without costing customer . Uhaul needs to have more line haul tray is available and not just local .

The person signing out the vehicle did not get the form setup properly, so when I had left to go pickup the trailer, I decided to fill the tank from where it was and put some mileage on the vehicle. I get to the place to pickup the trailer, and the place is closed and nobody was there to assist me with hooking the trailer up. I was there at the proper pickup time as well. Additionally, when I had gone to fill up the tank with gas, I ended up pulling a little too close to the pump, and I was charged $300 to have someone come out and spend less than a minute correcting the issue (because they are experienced with driving trucks with trailers). I might as well have paid the extra $500 and went with Penske, because they offer those services for free. It was a nightmare trying to get someone to come out to assist also, because the person that I had picked the truck up from hadn't properly input the information in the system, and the person on the phone didn't know that they could collect some other info to get the process going. I was also on hold waiting for someone for ten minutes, and I was told the one person would call me back, which they did, but the phone rang maybe twice before I was able to answer, and the person had left a voicemail, with the same number that put me in the 10 minute waiting que for another person once again.

Perfect location if needed for Home Depot/ local. Check engine light was on in vehicle. Location manager will prefer you to do an entirely online transaction.

The owner was not only very professional, he was very personable and enjoyable to do business with! He assisted me with loading the trailer I was renting and offered suggestions on it's use and answered the questions I had.

The worker was extremely rude and refused to help us check in and insisted we use the mobile app. The mobile app wasn't working so he made us call customer service. We called customer service and the customer service representative tried what they could but still wasn't working so the representative told the worker to check us in himself but he kept yelling and arguing with the representative back and forth. It took us 45 minutes to get our truck. I'm extremely upset with the service and would never ever ever recommend anyone ever go there. I've already warned all of our friends and family to never pick up from this location.

Our existing reservation at another location mysteriously disappeared when our card holder showed up in face make up for an event. We were told that the 15 foot that was reserved wouldn't be available until Monday. This was out right discrimination upon the desk worker. We were instructed to call the reservation line instead to find if anything else was available. When we called, we were referred to the same location we had just been turned away from. Not wanting to deal with the staff of this ogden location, we went elsewhere. This was beyond disappointing.

Customer service is poor. The equipment that was rented with the truck was old and rusted. The truck was giving an an error for stability often. My phone was dead when I returned the equipment and I called the next day and was honest about being under an hour late and was still charged a full day plus an after hours fee? Don't know what that's for. No one was there when I dropped off the truck. Since they are closed on Sunday and left the keys in the drop box, but still had to call to get my final bill.

The personnel there didn't act like they were interested in settling our business when we brought back the truck. They just said to park it, put the key in a box, and leave. We did eventually get a receipt by email, with no extra charges, so that was good. But I would have felt better if I could have gotten a receipt on the day of return. I guess now that I possess the receipt, I can say that the experience was OK. The location was convenient to us.

Like most independent pickup locations, specially out in the country, the owner lives on site. Would be hard to Distinguish if he had no trucks. The gentleman was great to deal with and if you have the time has some stories. Don't be surprised about the puppy

The app was really troublesome and had trouble taking photos and uploading them. Super frustrating it took longer to deal with the app than to actually use the truck. That's a miss for sure!

Great service with great price, your competition at penski wanted me to pay 700$ for a tow trailer and truck that had to go together, you guys allowed me to just get the tow trailer for a great price and were friendly as a bonus, will definitely use again

I had the hardest time picking up and Returning the truck using the phone app I waited on the phone forever to talk to someone since my account dashboard didn't show I had reserved a truck. I had even done the pre checkout to save myself time at the location. After all that they charged me additional charges so check your final contract and email them if you notice added charges email them back. They were quick to refund the incorrect charges and luckily the location I rented my truck from had a human that was able to finally help dispatch the truck after a long struggle with his computer system.

The location looked like a creey car graveyard, complete with an old hearse with ripped out interior. The gentleman there was rude and very unhelpful. We had never used the U-haul app and this was our first time renting a moving truck from U-haul. Our friend we put down as a reference revived a call before we were able to pick up the truck and then messaged us to say how rude the lady was who called her. Since those two were the only human interactions we had with U-haul, it didn't start out great.
