I did not drop off at this location. This experience has been a nightmare. I rented from PA and returned to NY, as spelled out in my contract. I paid $197 and was very happy upon truck return. A few days later, my credit card was charged for an additional charge of over $630. I called the location and they looked into it and said I'd be refunded. 3 days later I received an email and text that I never returned the truck. I immediately called and was told the truck wound up in another location in PA and they would fix the problem. The gentlemen told me I'd be receiving a $25 VIP gift card via email, that I never received. A few days later the credit went through and I was happyâ€¦untilâ€¦my credit card was charged over $3,000! I called and they said I dropped the truck off in Texas now! This aggravation has caused me to have to cancel my credit card, which is a big hassle for her being I have linked accounts to them. I called headquarters and was told the problem started at the location that I dropped it off in NY. I am very disappointed.Stephen A.

This location was not as obvious as most Uhaul locations. It was also difficult to execute a self-return because the parking was extremely limited. We were also over charged on the return when we brought in back hours before the deadline. This neighborhood overall was sketchy.ISSA S.
This is the second location where I reserved a uhaul online and when I arrived at the location there was no one to assist or even know what's going on with my reservation.Rodney H.
Rental experience picking up truck was average however upon return very inconvenience. The representative didn't inform of drop box location it was not by front door. It had been raining very hard that day when return water was standing in driveway to return truck representative didn't come out to retrieve mileage or fuel level to return truck. The check engine light was on in the truck when I received it. The odometer wasn't working properly, the transmission was slipping causing the odometer to give the wrong reading. The Self checkout after hours, it wouldn't let me upload the photos. Overcharge me for mileage, 56 or 57 MI and they charge me for 90 something. I brought the Truck back before 730 pm which is what time it was due back. And still got charged for two five hour periods. They gave me a refund for one..... But haven't given me anything for my mileage overcharge. I will never rent from U-Haul again, unless this is resolved.Vikki P.
Very crowded and congested. Had to park u-haul on street. Which made it kind of stressful. I wouldn't choose this location again. However the staff even though it was after hours was excellent.Daelon W.

Gave truck to us with no gas. Told us they would be there at 9am to pick it up and we had to wait til 12pm. Then the person on the phone told me that I could music credit card just to hold the truck and pay for the credit card cash when I dropped it off. Call overalls what's horribleKristen W.
After I got sent to a location that I had a reservation to get a trailer at and they did not have any, I went back to the location that made the reservation (I-45 & Tidwell in Houston) and was met by an extremely rude man behind the desk who put the blame on me. I was then put back into scheduling and got a call about a new location, this location. I drove over here and it was in a pretty rough area. The man who helped us with the trailer rental was really nice but we stood outside in the heat for an hour while he tried to figure out how to get everything started on his phone with uhaul. 3 hours later, we had our trailer. The man also randomly assigned a dropoff location for us that was nowhere near to where we live and I had to call in to Uhaul to get a new dropoff location assigned. The whole ordeal was a lot more work than I ever anticipated.nickie C.
