I do not feel like I was informed correctly of the pricing. I rented a $20 truck and my bill ended up being $120. All we did was move some stuff out of a storage shed. I will Never rent a u haul truck again. Not when places like Penske and Lowe's rent trucks for $20 that actually cost $20. Very disappointingCrystal S.

I tried to return after hours with my iPhone. it would not find my location (I went to settings to make sure it was turned on) so I could not finish the return online. I just took pictures and a video and put the key and contract in the box.rachel B.
My experience with U-Haul was good except for my pick up location. The owner of the dealership forgot to leave my keys in the drop box the day before. I had to wait around for an hour after my pick up time for the owner to show up and get the keys from his office. This was only a problem because I had four people waiting at my house to help me move during that time. Hopefully this isn't a regular occurrence at that location.Travis I.

The keys were not in the box. I had to call U-Haul and then wait to be contacted, the woman basically accused me of not being able to find keys in a 4x4 box and never apologized. When I went back 1.5 hours after when I needed my truck the keys were in the box. It was very inconvenient. Also the app kept losing connection so I had to call to report my starting mileage and the customer service person didn't seem to know anything.Rachael C.

My reservation was moved to this location from a uhaul store last minute by Uhaul reservations so that was a little confusion about pickup time. The young man that owns infinity worked fast to get me on the road and offered a discount to compensate for me waiting. I didn't ask for one he just gave it.Phil L.

Pick up was okay however the trailer I was given had tires that were on their last leg. Maintenance on that trailer was lacking and the drop off location was absolutely the worst !! Dropped off on a Friday at 3pm and had to call and bager a customer service rep to get a check in reciept on monfay at almost 1pm. The trailer still had not been checked in. Horrible service. Not at all what I have come to expect from uhaul.Michael S.

We deal with U-Haul 2-3 times a year. I put Andy & Infinity Motorsports location in our contacts, because of the wonderful service we got. To improve your customer service take your 800 service people out of it & let local people handle local service. The call in service person routed us to the opposite side of town totally out of our way & me telling her that would not work. So when I got off the phone with her & called a local location, getting Andy & the best customer service I have had from U-Haul.tim B.

This was not my first choice in location. If I had not been rerouted when I had to move my location back an hour, I'd never have known my original location didn't have my equipment. More a complaint against my original choice than this location which was awesome.KELLY B.

The floor of the Uhaul was very dirty. All the luggage we put in there was dirty at the end.mark P.
Inifity was awesome at helping us! The uhaul store on south CAMPBELL was under par in my book. Infinity only had one truck available and it was having an ABS issue. We had to leave that truck there and then go down to the actual uhaul location on South CAMPBELL (which was no problem). After getting there we had to wait for 30 mins for them to get us a truck (after infinity already called them and had our contract switched over and everything was ready to go) then when we get the truck the mileage was wrong on our contract. There was another 10 min wait. The truck was dirty. Needed to be swept out of dust and dirt. Then when we returned it got charged almost $20 more than what our estimate was and we only went 2 miles over our estimate. So we were expecting it to be a little more ($1.19 x 2 miles) Truck was returned with the same amount of gas as when we picked it up also. We went to the gas station next door before dropping it off.tressa M.

They tried to get me to pay $10 for a wash on the outside. I have been renting uhaul for a long time. Inside i understand, but the outside no one had ever questioned me.GENE B.

took about 1 hour to do paper work upon arrival, between 1 person trying to help me and other customers purchasing gas, drinks, etc.then he needed to call someone else do due the transaction remotely. took me longer to do paper work than the actual move..HARRY C.
The gentleman was difficult to communicate with and didn't have a clue what was involved with our order. We reserved a truck, an appliance dolly, and 10 furniture pads. The location was out of furniture pads, so we didn't get those. When we asked if they had our appliance dolly, he replied, "No." We told him we reserved it, and he said, "No," again. Luckily, we continued to push and he told US to LOOK in the back storage room. And thankfully there actually was a dolly back there, something we ABSOLUTELY needed with our order. And our experience was 10x better than the 2 customers who went before us (while we waited 45 minutes for him to help them). It should not take an hour to help 3 customers. And the gas station should have more than one person there in the morning when there are multiple pick ups. He stopped helping U-Haul customers EVERY time a gas station customer came in. This was the absolute worst U-Haul experience I have ever had.CHARLOTTE P.

After telloing the agent that I would go elsewhere he let me rentanother van that was available. The location I picked up the trailer was fine....However...My original reservation was at a different location and I was called a few hours before pickup to notify me of this change. That was the hardest part since the new location was about 30-40 min (in rush hour traffic) from the original loacation and I was told they closed at 6PM. I drive right past my chosen UHaul and they close at 7. This new spot meant leaving work early to get there before they closed. When I called UHaul I was told that my reservation could change locations or even be cancelled due to lack of availability!!! What is the point of the reservation?Michael B.
