The people were fine. The process is built around liability for uhaul not around the customer. Typical of service these days. Maybe look at rental car returns at airports for process improvement ideasLance A.
I was not expecting to have to drive a half hour to pick up a truck at a location that I did not know was not even open. I rented the truck online at a much closer location then diverted to this location. We ordered 36 blankets with the reservation and they were not in the truck. We had to drive to another location to pick those up. The online pickup with picture taking was confusing and the fuel level was not accurate. We were talking to a person helping us do the check on and find the keys and when we got to fuel level I told here it was on a half tank( which it was) she confirm that is what she had in her records so we thought no more of it until we turned in the truck and they showed it was given to us with 13/16's of a tank. We turned it in with a half tank and we're charged $46 for fuel. Totally unacceptable. We called U-Haul to rectify the discrepancy because our conversation at check out was supposed to be recorded, but all the surly guy said was â€œyou should have taken a picture of itâ€ then he hung up on my wife. We expect a refund of the $46. Also the back of the truck had not been swept out. Very dirty, with lots of drywall debris.Richard H.

Better signage that this is a UHAUL vendor, it was difficult to find the location, even with the address and standing in front of the storefront. I shared this information with the owner of the business. Tanya was professional, friendly and courteous. I will be using her service for my future truck rental needs.Michael L.

Have the truck well clean. An make sure all equipment requested are in the truck. I understand this doesn't have to be with the location, is U-haul operation. I request a dolly for appliance, and it was not in the truck, so I have to pick up in other store.Lewis P.

Not happy at all. I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 11 but arrived at 1 and my truck was being used by a friend of the establishment. The miles they had listed were 6 miles less than what I actually had. Clearly because they were using it for personal use. I had to wait an hour for him to return with my truck. And the equipment was not available. This out me behind my plans and ended up costing me an additional $130 because I couldn't finish in the allotted time. I had to go find the proper equipment and make two trips on a one way because of this. Really not happy. The owner was nice but at the end of the day this experience was not one I would recommend again. Too unprofessional.Vermon F.
Unfortunately, Even though I had a reservation It took 40 min to pickup the uhaul. The representative was very kind and professional, however not fully knowledgeable of the new system which caused the delay .I reported to customer service about the Uhaul cutting off twice,the truck rental that I had needs a new starter and maintenance. Service was friendly and helpful; however, we spent close to 30 minutes trying to find this location. It would be very helpful if this location had a stand up sign in the parking lot, a larger sign in store front or a sign that stands out to help Identify the location. A picture of store front along with business name sign would also be helpful.Mario M.
