This was not the original pick up location. The location was changed late evening the day before. I had to get a smaller truck because the pickup location was nearly in Temple not Waco. You do not need to change peoples plans last minute like you did us!

Marshall EI really appreciated the personal attention and professionalism from the representative today. Unfortunately I do not recall her name but she was very helpful and courteous. The truck was relatively clean. I was a bit uncomfortable with the smell of cigarettes though. I was disappointed that I had to upgrade to a larger truck because the 10' one did not have a ramp. I made the reservation online and there was no information about that. The only other issue I have is the fuel gauge. If you want the customer to return it at the same level then a more precise gauge would be appropriate and appreciated.

Scarlett HReturn location changed from original plan, new location was closed, so had to try the online check in. The online check in would not work properly for me, and I dropped the trailer like instructed, and then went back the next day to get it checked in. I still do not have the receipt that it was checked in correctly.

Gregory RWe experienced amazing customer service from Ideal Storage while renting the moving van. The van was exactly what we needed. Brandi was very helpful, and made this move so much easier. The van was clean. The ride was very comfortable too. I'd definitely recommend Ideal storage in Waco TX to rent their Uhaul.
Ermissa LNot everyone has a smart phone or unlimited data and if you are in a rural area you may not have service so I'm not a fan of all the phone check ins etc. Also random charges I wasn't told about.
Robly EI got here a day before my truck was due back and the lady said that really didn’t matter, but she didn’t see that I was to return it there. She said “don’t worry I will take care of it “ and she told me she would send me a confirmation email once she found all the info. She must of found it because I got the email. Very helpful person.

Bryan BAuto transport was missing parts and had a bad tire. One of rachets was nearly rusted shut. I smashed my finger trying to get it to work. I had to go to 2 different locations to get the missing parts.

JASON BWas at location at 7am for drop off to find out facility did not open until 9am. I left and came back at 9am only to be charged an additional $40 for the 2 hours. The rental price was $30 / day. Why $40 for 2 hours. Why was I not told I could drop it off before facility operating hours. I will avoid U haul in the future if at all possible and try and detour as many people as possible from the use of Uhaul. There are other companies out there

Imaan PDon’t let someone take a truck that the oil is completely empty and leaking. Ruined my move and cost me tons of time and money. I’ve always had a good experience renting uHaul in the past, not this time and the “compensation” of 3 extra hours was a joke.

robert cIt took two hours to get my vehicle that was scheduled at 8am, which put me behind on schedule. Where my movers were already waiting at my place. The truck was filthy inside, the windshield was cracked, no walk around was completed. We had to ask for one and then we’re told to take pictures and send it to link. I have no link. So all I have are pictures.
