The guy was nice, but the satellite office did not have the furniture pads and other stuff that was part of the order. I had to go to several Uhaul stores to get what was part of the order. I also rented an auto transport the next day from another Uhaul store and they did not have the auto transport. They sent me to another Uhaul store that did not have anyone there to hook up the auto transport. They sent me to another Uhaul store that did not have anyone that could put the car on the auto transport. I finally was sent to another Uhaul store that was able to help me. I was delayed a lot! From the outset of this rental....Uhaul corporate provided less than acceptable customer service.....you need to include a section for corporate communication. Every single representative I spoke with did not really know their job......especially Mr Happy "SIR" Jasim Estrada....most ill-mannered rep I ever spoke with....his attitude from the outset was angry....not to mention the fact that I spent an an hour waiting on a return phone call.....only to be put on hold by Jasim for another 15 minutes....only to be told by Mr. Happy he couldn't do anything because he needed to speak to the "location"....I called the Candler location first to resolve this and "Him" told me to call corporate. I call corporate and they tell me to call the location.....again....ya'll need a new CEO and Senior Management Team....ya'lls company is broke.....Julius P.
The computer was not working took us over half hour wait . He just gave us keys no going over truck no checking fir damage no showing me truck or any oaierwork. Did not look inside truck . Got home movers told me and showed me the mess in the truck. Chaulk trash. An appliance dolly was rolling around back if truck. I should have kept the dolly because but was not written down. I did not use it or need it however. The guy was really nice though and it was an easy pick up once computer worked. Just different from other times I rented.Tracie R.
I needed two packages of blankets I got 3 blankets from an open package. The condition of the place to pick up the UHaul was pretty rough and did not look like the safest place especially for dropping off at night. I got charged for a dolly that I never used or picked up and still needs to be removed from my bill.Stephen M.
You gave me a truck with a bad rear tire that did not hold air and told me to take it home and call road side assistance. And this is when my original reservation for a different truck never came back from the previous customer and you didint have the curious to callme in advance not to come in. It became so late I had to rent a hotel room because I didn't want to risk breaking down on I95 at night during my 90 mile move. You also had several other trucks sitting on your property and refused to rent me one if those because they were waiting for customers. I thought I was a customer. I intend to take the whole matter up with senior management once I cool off. Very poor customer service and highly unprofessional.Steven H.

I declined insurance when I reserved the truck. The person changed my reservation and charged me for extras without me knowing, said contract will be emailed to me. Stay away from this location!Martino D.

Your Rep never looked me in the eye. He was taking a selfie which was more important. He disliked that I had made a change to the order with an 800 Rep. He was the poorest excuse of any customer service rep I have ever dealt with. I was supposed to have truck back by 5 and because it was 5:30 He charged me an extra day. I could go on and in like the $28 insurance which he never told me about. Never again.maryann C.

We were not advised to â€œcheck inâ€ the truck upon returning it. The gentleman at the shop told us to â€œjust put the keys in the Dropbox.â€ This made us get charged for two days. The woman I spoke to with UHAUL was sweet and helped return the charges for the extra day.Daniel H.

This is a small tire shop, that is not equipped to handle U-haul rantals. It is extremely dirty. The personnel had trouble handling the computer, there were no moving blankets or straps, even though that had been promised. He also said he could not go back into the computer once the transaction was done, even though I asked to add insurance, he said that was not possible. Very bad experience.Helene O.
You guys charged me for insurance that I did not ask her I was told I didn't need the insurance from the guy at the tire place but yet you charged me for it I would like to have my refund back other than that it was fine I have called someone with U-Haul and she told me I would hear something within 24 hours her name is Stacy and she was such an awesome person she was wonderful and kind to me I'm hoping my refund comesdonna D.

I reserved the truck days prior and when I went to pick it up it took FOREVER. They were having computer issues and seemed kind of incompetent and I also was in a rush as I was moving out of state. Also I was told that if I return the truck early I'd receive money back and that wasn't the case. And I also felt over charged. I accidentally reserved a 15 footer but received a 10 footer and was charged the price for the 15 footer which I believe is a rip off per the pricing statement they had taped to the counter.Kiana M.
Be more knowledgeable on what you are doing. The place itself is not well maintain. The truck was supposed to have a utility dolly and 2 sets of pads that I reserved along with the truck, and the truck was empty. I had to call uhaul and found myself a store to go get the utility dolly and pads. Then the location of the drop off was a little far, so I had to call and hold for I don't know how long to change the drop off location. Very disappointed and frustrating need to deal with all this in the middle of my move.Doris O.

I was setup to pick up the truck at 8am and they open at 9. J spoke to someone the night before and was told it is all done on my phone. I got there and it wasn't hooked up to my phone so it told me I had to wait until 9. I lost an entire hour. There was someone there trying to help but I still lost an hour because someone didn't set it up right. If I wasn't moving that day I would have cancelled my order and just got my money back.Chad E.
