Wonderful customer service
JAHAL LThere were browkn glass all over the truck and no equipment provided. Very bad experience. There were no reimbursements though my time was wasted cleaning up the glass pieces.
Vimal NI was charged 151.00 dollars for a mark on the truck that they are going to wipe off. RIDICULOUS
Regina GHow about don't try to steal and rob me? When you rent me a van with 1/4 tank and I return it with 1/4 tank, don't charge me $64 and say I returned it on E? And then when call about it, BLATANTLY LIE and say you're walking out to the van and see it's on E!!! I drove over there and made the clerk walk out to the van with me, and OF COURSE it was at 1/4 tank. She tried to say maybe thieves came and siphoned the gas… until I drove back myself the she said she must have made a mistake. Liars and thieves!

KAYELYNN BShe put the wrong drop off location when I told her huffmeister and 290 the truck had soda or some sugary substance on the drivers seat and all other seats. She had me waiting while she was on the phone for 40 minutes when my 2nd reservation was for 2pm but here's the icing on the cake she canceled my reservation for 1 pm and I had to pay 78.96 to even pick up the truck at for the second reservation plus pay 66$'s in additional fees for dropping it off at the location near my new apartment per her request because she had more trucks coming in

NILES WWhy did I have to purchase your insurance, when I have insurance with the most reliable insurance company that you can want. Just a rip off, I will never use u-haul again. I hope you go bankrupt.
ronnie cI was over charged more than doubled because the provider made a mistake in accounting for the miles traveled. I have proof that I drove less than 60 miles and they accounted for 225 miles. To be fair, the lady realized that they made a mistake but I have not seen the credit in my account yet and I have not gotten responses to my emails for an update on the issue.

CARMEN RThe 2 furniture dollies and 3 dozen pads I ordered were not provided, forcing me to buy them at the U-Haul store at my destination, and yet this location still charged me for items they failed to provide. Dishonest. Also, this location made it impossible to back out the truck, requiring us to track down owners of cars and asking them to move so we could back out, delaying our trip.

Janis BI was told the dolly and furniture pads are free. I stated to the worker at the uhaul location I do not need them as I own 25 furniture blankets and a 2 wheel dolly. She said that's ok then. I was billed for using the dolly and furniture pads. I didn't use them.
John BI would never expect to see a Uhaul rental office in a strip center with a very tight parking lot and an office clerk who has no clue how to rent a truck nor knows anything about trucks. Well I was grateful for the crew that U-Haul sent to this location to make the truck ready.

Luis QAfter everything I've been through with uhaul the past two days, being charged an extra day WHEN it was discussed multiple times . This is AFTER my first truck I reserved was not available, the truck they changed it to.. someone forgot to put the keys somewhere for me to pick it up after hours, the app or link or website didn't work for me to pick up the truck, going to another location to pick it up and going through the worst live verification process, etc etc etc.. We discussed that I would be dropping it off at a particular time to numerous people because of all the issues I had was the topping on the cake. The customer service woman I spoke to after my drop off and being charged was very helpful though and for her I give her the only star for assisting me.

Sharon RI found the parking lot where I had to return the UHaul a bit difficult to navigate, so would warn others to be extra cautious here. When I picked up the UHaul it was easier because the store made it easy for me to get out.
