The location was amazing however everything else was horrible.. i was guaranteed a mobile pick up by the house but did not get because the place was closed and doesn’t do mobile pickup but no one informed me… than was told that i had to go 14 miles out of my way to get a truck only to have to pay for those 14 unnecessary miles that i didnt create it was the worse the absolute worst

Communicate better. No one was there when we arrived to pickup our rental. Was told when we called the number on the door that it would be an hour before they would arrive. We had already been rerouted 10 miles from original pickup destination and was told we would be compensated for the extra miles but don't think we were. We will consider using another rental company next time, sad to say.

Bob was overwhelmingly helpful and accommodating for our needs. I have to say he went above and beyond. I had reached out to all U-Hauls in the area and he was the only one to be quick to assist.

Tell customer about smart phone return at the pick up location. I didn't see that part on the receipt until I was home 15 miles away. Everything went well though, no issues.

I returned after hours. The location was convenient and close to I-75. I spoke to the gentleman by phone late on Friday afternoon right before the location closed. He explained the process for dropoff well and was friendly.

Staff at this location very friendly and knowledgable. Super ready to help in anyway they can. Highly reccomand this location any time to anyone. Awesome job guy and gals keep up the good work.

I was frustrated that I had to drive up to Chula, when I saw a 26 foot truck at the location that I had originally made my reservation.

I originally reserved a 20 foot truck and received the confirmation and was going to be picking it up in the same town that I was moving out of. Several days later I received a call to tell me that I wouldn't be able to get that size truck and even worse, that the closest place I could get a truck was about 45 minutes away. I was given the choice of a much larger or smaller truck. Because I wasn't comfortable driving a 26 foot truck I had to go with the 15 foot truck which was essentially too small for the amount of things I needed to move. If I had gotten the size truck I originally asked for and was given a confirmation for then I wouldn't have had to make two trips to get everything moved. The extra trip ended up costing me $44.98 in mileage just in the U-Haul truck itself, not to mention the added cost of the hired help and the gas for their vehicles. So, I don't know what happened with my original reservation that I made at the U-Haul location in Fitzgerald, Ga but them not honoring that reservation really messed me up.

The building in which rentals are signed is very untidy and not recognizable from the front. Also, the employee was not at the location and had to be reached by phone.
