This was not the location I had originally selected to drop off the unit in Denver. However, when we arrived at the original location, the location manager told us he could not accept the truck as he did not have room for it on his lot. We had to wait about 15 minutes for him to find another location for us, all the while he was attending to other customers coming into his store. This was unacceptable. In addition, when we arrived at the "redirected" location, the person there indicated there would be an additional charge for dropping off at that location as it wasn't the original location in my contract. I spent significant time on the phone with customer service getting this worked out and having no charge applied to my bill for a situation that was not my doing. Lastly, the checkout process on line was very cumbersome and time consuming from my perspective.

We had ordered a 17 foot truck, but when we showed up they only had 10 foot trucks available. Then, they charged for a safemove fee when we hadn't ordered that

The staff is incredibly nice but the process was slow. I was also given false information that ultimately cost me an extra $150, so I found them to be unreliable.

Talked to them, they said everything was good to go when I dropped off my trailer. Then a month later I get a call from U-Haul recovery that my trailer was never returned. What the hell uhaul

This place is wonderful. Upon arriving, they were immediately ready to complete the paperwork and get us on our way. They were of great assistance helping us connect the hitch and blinkers. The equipment was clean and easy to access. I am happy to recommend this location!

We returned the U-Haul shortly before 5pm on 12/7, yet was charged for 2 days of use. We called the shop and were told to leave a message for the representative that handled the U-Haul. It appears the location is a gas station, and U-Haul pick up all in one, therefore the level of service is not up to par.

We picked a location online and had our location changed two times after. Very frustrating. We did all the preregistration online and ever time you changed locations you asked us to do it again. When we call to confirm location you said we hope we donâ€™t change again! Frustrating part of process!!

Location needs to be more efficient with paperwork and getting the customer on the road. Took three guys to hook up trailer for me. Also forgot to load hand dolly for me which I ended up paying for anyways.

While not this locations fault this was worst pick iup experience ever. No truck where I expected, no contact to confirm/let me know. Sent to 4 different places, 1-800 number finally found me a smaller truck at this location then the guy who knew how to rent me the truck wasn't there and no one knew when he would show up. Luckily the regional field manager decided to come over when he saw this rental at a new location otherwise I would never had got the blankets I needed. 25/7 tent system saved the day although I had to make 2 trips because of the smaller truck and paid moving help to sit around for 45inites while I went through the hour and 45 minutes of finding a truck giasco....btw, I set up the tent over a week out.
