Right side tire was very bald and door rivets were broken. Not much I could do about the tire but I had rivets and a rivet gun so I fixed the door before I returned it.

Very upset, we had booked a trailer and paid with credit card. The time and location was critical due to our move out schedule. with less than 24 hours notice, we received a notification that our location time and pick up location changed to another city over an hour away and the time was after we were supposed to be moved out! This is unacceptable! Very upset.

Locations had nothing to do with this failure. Zero stars. Location moved without notice, 25 miles away. Then mobile checkout didn't work at 9am, had to wait an hour for location to open, extra time, gas, money.

Staff was friendly at this location. In general though, We were disappointed that U-Haul changed our pick up location at the last minute from Ft. Collins to Greeley, Co….over 45 minutes (one way) from our original scheduled pick up. Delayed our already long trip a couple hours. Truck was in good condition though, but they did not have the dolly we originally reserved. We got the 10 foot truck…found the leg room very cramped in the cab…not ideal for long trips if you are over 6 foot tall.

Truck was dirty and not cleaned. Trailer was missing connections and rubber gaskets that employee had to "borrow" from another uhaul trailer. Trailer tires were less than half the required pressure and dealer did not check this. We found out on the road. Dealer did not have hand cart that I tried to rent. Dealer employee using personal phone to take picture of my drivers license is not professional.

I talked to the guy at the desk and I told him I'd be dropping it off at his location on Sunday after his close time. He said that I'd get a discount for dropping it off early. I didn't get a discount, in fact I got charged extra. The uhaul was supposed to be $355 when in fact I was charged $416.

How about not sending me 38 miles to pick up the U-Haul when I requested to pick up 3 miles from my house. Then to charge me for going 40 miles over my mileage. Also not having the equipment that I requested (dolly), worse experience I have ever experienced with U-Haul,

Overall the location was amazing. My problem was with the company I booked at another location to minimize my miles and they moved me. That's fine but I was not even notified that I had been moved to another location. It seems very unprofessional to let people book at one location then move them without even saying anything.

How about you inspect your equipment before you rent it out. The cable to open the door to the box truck was so tangled I could hardly open it. I had to take the pin off the cable to even shut the door. Waste of my rental time and money

My reservation was cancelled on me and I had to beg them to find me another truck. They found two smaller trucks which ended up costing me over $200.00 more dollars plus gas for two trucks. I was not pleased with Uhaul's business manners.

The truck needed service. There was a warning alarm about the break system that would go on and off during driving. Also I paid to refill the gas tank back to the last level I picked the rental truck, however I was still charged for gas for not being above the last level shown! (I took before and after pictures) I called customer service and sent them picture but they still did not remove the charge in fear they would get in trouble if they did. They need to stop charging customers for not filling the tank back up to higher levels than they customers receive the gas tank at.

Truck was 2 quarts low on oil upon pick up. Brakes mushy. Worried about returning truck on time due to snow storm and bad road conditions, tried to call uhaul, on hold over an hour and got disconnected. Went thru app gotta different number to call, said system experiencing problems call later. So could not speak to someone till next day and had to pay extra days rent.

neither worker was willing to come check out the truck while there, then I was charged for extra gas and mileage which was not to be charged. I gassed the truck and returned it with more then when i started and I had to pick up the truck a long distance from where it was needed, I was told the mileage would be adjusted which it wasnt. I am SOOOO UNHAPPY with the whole experience with UHAUL this time around, I doubt I will use them again and I WILL warn my friends to steer clear as well ZERO STARS HERE!!

6200 w 10th greeley co location is a joke. Can't fit larger combinations. Almost got t- boned trying to get out. Forced to leave uhaul nearby, which in turn waiting on service from your company causes me to be late dropping unit off. Explained numerous times to uhaul personnel who insisted I would not be charged late fee, which I was. My experience dropping this unit off was AWFUL!!!@!
