That when you reserve a 26 foot truck 3 weeks in advance that I actually could have gotten it and then when I was offered a 15 foot instead with free miles that when I take the truck back I was fully charged for everything....I will never rent from U-Haul again. Uhaul needs to learn that local trips deserves to be treated well just as much your one ways.Keri H.

Great experience with this location. Everyone was very professional and the office was very clean. Great location and the staff was very knowledgeable of the product. Have equipment available that was reserved. Don't take more reservations for equipment than you have available. The online reservation system and confirmation lead us to believe the equipment would be ready and available as ordered. We had to accept a smaller uncovered trailer, that was very problematic. We had a reservation number, but the equipment we reserved was not available.Carrie B.

I reserved a 15 foot truck online to transport 34 twelve foot benches. While setting up the order the site went back and forth on times available and two different locations. Because I wanted to pick it up at Gas N Spirits I settled on a pick up time of 11am. The next morning I received a confirmation text saying that my truck was at Hwy 61 storage. Which is about 15 mins or more out of my way and doesn't have a gas station near it for refueling. I called Hwy 61 and they weren't open so I called Gas N Spirits since they always have trucks outside to see what happened. I was informed that they had all just been transferred out that morning. She was very nice and tried to help, she told me that there was a 20 foot truck that was supposed to be picked up and if it wasn't she'd call me. Unfortunately, those people showed up so I was still forced to go to Hwy 61. I called hwy 61 again to see if I actually had to wait till 11am and then headed out. She printed out the paper with fuel and mileage when I got there and we inspected the truck to find that the gas was just below a 3/4 of a tank and she told me that was ok even though on the paper it was marked for 3/4 and not 5/16th. I used the truck, not all of the benches fit because of the 3 feet counted for the "mom's attic" and I refused to make two trips since I had to go out of my way to return the truck. Because I wasn't sure on gas and there wasn't a station close, it ended up being returned with almost a full tank. This was a terrible experience the whole way around and it started with the website. Customer Service and Traffic were also called and a)was nothing they could do, b)had little interest in helping. I wouldn't have used uhaul had I known the issues that would come up and the mistake made by the website/scheduling.Rachel L.

The employee was most helpful in the check out process but once we finished inspecting the car and hooking up the trailer the employee took off. I understand the computer process took longer and pushed things to after closing hours but I expressed I needed help with the trailer, I have never driven a truck this size or towed a car before. It would have been nice to have some help guiding me out the facility. The space to back up and turn around the truck with a trailer attached was near impossible, especially since I am new to this, and there were vehicles parted near the truck I was scared to run into. After finally making my way out of the lot we had to get our car on the trailer; thank God for YouTube. Once the our car was up on the trailer the car door wouldn't open when I needed to get out so after scraping the bottom of our car door up and being overly frustrated I had to climb out the back of our hatchback while waving at the employee driving off. There was no manual on the trailer. The truck had trash in it and a filled ashtray of cigarettes. I would have rated the whole experience poor but the employee was most helpful in the beginning helping because the price online was different then the price at the store. I wish there was a way to resolve this dissatisfaction but if nothing comes of it hopefully this message is enough to simulate some positive changes of how business at Alexandira Crossing is done.Jeremy J.

Let me start by saying what happened, my husband moved my 2 kids and I from Georgia while he finishes his military career. We rented a U-haul trailer for 4 days and were fortunate enough to get everything moved and the trailer returned in 2 days. When taking the U-haul trailer to this location, the man working told him that there would be no refund for bringing it back 2 days early, it was just good for you that you got it done in 2 days instead of 4. This is not our first time working with U-haul in the years my husband has been in the military so he had the man call U-haul. U-haul told my husband that yes, we would receive the refund for the extra 2 days and it would take 24-48 hours for the refund to go through. After 5 days my husband called U-haul again to see why we never received the refund and come to find out, the person who told my husband he wouldn't get a refund decided to never check in the U-haul until 2 days later!!! So according to U-hauls records, we had the trailer for 4 days and not the 2 that we actually had it! We are not only mad about this service but also upset about the sheer dishonesty of this man that my husband dealt with. I can only wonder how many other people he has treated like this!! We will NEVER use this facility again and I will make sure ALL of our friends and family in this area also know to never trust this facility!Coleman M.
