CLIFTON LOCATION WAS GOOD AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GET THE TRUCK I RESERVED FROM ANOTHER LOCATION THE NIGHT BEFORE. PROBLEM WAS CORPORATE HAD CALLED ME AND TOLD ME I HAD TO PICK UP THE TRUCK IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION. I DROVE THERE ONLY TO FIND OUT IT HAD BEEN MOVED TO MY ORIGINAL RESERVED LOCATION. EVIDENTLY NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN CORPORATE AND LOCAL OFFICE.

Customer service was extremely personable and professional. They were very helpful in helping me achieve my arduous task of moving . The equipment was clean well-maintained and I experienced no problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this U-Haul location to any of my friends or associates. It is extremely rare to find this type of service in 2019 !!!! Special thanks go out to Lorie!!!!

Drop off with phone call during business hours. Blankets were folded in trick but they card as not returned. Had to call to get charges reversed.

The original agreement stated the boxes would be delivered to Stephenville, Texas. Instead, I was forced to hire another moving company to move my boxes from Clifton to Stephenville.

The local agent does a great job. The equipment was fine. Uhaul however is completely unreasonable and unresponsive. When our plans changed since we finished the move quickly, Uhaul would not allow us to change our round-trip rental to a one-way without charging 3-4X the contract price. Had we booked a one-way move initially it would have been substantially less than a round trip. Ridiculous! I'll certainly remember Uhaul next time and choose another company.

I dont see how you can have anything but a great experience with this young man. He goes above and beyond and Uhaul expectation. I see everything but the exact opposite of what some of the reviews say. Great customer service Patrick keep at it.

David went beyond necessities to help me out- calling Uhaul multiple times himself to get my Ubox delivery scheduled. He seemed to really care that I got answers and my stuff delivered.

Send an email sooner about where equipment needs to be returned. I had already dropped trailer off at another location when you sent email about where I needed to drop off. I had to go back and get trailer and deliver to new location. Not very helpful

Our UBox experience was not positive. We had multiple issues with getting the correct number of boxes, and when additional boxes were needed, we found ourselves with multiple orders/ticket which made our payment process questionable. The order never really matched the actual number of boxes and one box was shipped with our name on it that was not ours. I hope the actual owners were located. I'm still not 100% comfortable with the charges we paid and the accuracy of those. I would not use this method of shipping in the future.

The UBOx experience was not wonderful. There wre multiple problems with securing the correct number of UBoxes and when we needed extra we found ourselves wtih multiple orders/tickets,,which made payments hard to track and I'm still not positive that we were not overchangred due to the redundancy of hte tickets. I would likely not use this moving method in the future.

Inside of truck bed was dirty. I noted it but didn’t sign anything saying it was. Looked like liquid was spilled in it and dried. Anyways. I was charged a cleaning fee of 25$ when I turned it in although it wasn’t me who made the mess. Guess I have no leg to stand on. Probably charged the last guy 25 and didn’t clean it either.

Pick up was a great experience. The woman who helped me (I forgot her name! It’s been a long day!) was very personable and helpful! The truck was exactly what was expected.

The man didn't even go check the mileage so we did not getting reimbursed for part of the 80 miles I was charged for. He acted like he didn't care about me and my business. So I am very upset. I think I should be reimbursed part of my money.

Make sure all rental agents know how to do paperwork correctly! U Haul went above and beyond to get ours corrected and saved is a lot of frustration.

Good service, good truck. I won't be using this type of rental again due to cost. Over $300 for a 24 hr rental and fuel covering 220 miles is excessive. No other complaints, you've priced yourself out of my business.

I never signed nor was I given a contract or any paperwork. Thought that was a bit. Also, the truck leaked BAD. We knew there was a chance for some water getting inside the truck, but not puddles worth. Our mattresses (all of them) were soaked to the point we could not sleep on them. We had to go buy heaters to try and dry them out. Now they have nice yellow stains on them!

The location is a filthy abandoned building. Sign on the door said drop off the keys next door at the Ford dealership. The person I talked to acted as if I was an annoyance and did not want to inspect the vehicle or see what I was talking about regarding the tires. I seriously doubt the vehicle was repaired.
