Please shut down this location. It has one of the poorest service that I have experienced. Long wait time, confusing check-in (I already checked in online but I was made to do again at this location). The timing were very short on Saturday and I had to rush things to get back there after loading. Long wait time for getting the towed vehicle attached. The towed vehicle was not properly secured by the personnel (I was told this at the drop off location). Horrifying to learn!Ausaf M.

I cannot stress enough how tumultuous my experience has been with Uhaul in 2022. The Leander Street Location in Georgetown especially! We are a corporate user of their services and I am not impressed with how current business operations are being handled.KINGSLY E.
Not in any way acceptable the "pick-up" of the equipment. They did not have all the equipment, and refused to attempt to get it, just gave me a number to call at U-Haul so they could tell me where to go get what was missing. At the insistence of the U-Haul staff on the telephone before the rental, I made my reseverations over 30 days in advance to make sure the equipment would be available. The location did not have a dolly; at first said they had no blankets, but found some and told me they put them in the truck and then shorted me 5 blankets. They had no trailer for my car and said they were just a "drop off" location so it was my responsibility to contact U-Haul and find out where to go to get the trailer. I have never had worse service anywhere for anything. Glenn R. Redmond You sent 30 miles away from my home to pick up equipment and I had a U-Haul location in my town and in the two towns I passed thru to get to the location for pick-up. I have moved 12 times, most of them with U-Haul but doubt I will ever use U-Haul again from this experience.Glenn R.

I originally reserved a 26' truck for 24hr. in Round Rock. This was transferred to Austin adding 40 miles to my milage charge. I postponed my move a week. The day before picking up the truck I found out I was only scheduled to have truck 4 hours. This would not work. The only truck available for a 24 hour rental was a 16' out of Hutto. Having a 16' truck caused me to make 3 more trips than planned and add about 6 hours to my move and over 100 miles more than expected. The extra miles moving and the 50 miles extra it took to pick up and drop off the truck add to the cost of the rental. Because of Uhaul screwing me around I feel I had to spend at the least 200 dollars more than I had expected. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!VANDA P.

Verify all available functions of equipment infront of costumer. The auto transport trailer I rented, the fender did not fold down. Due to improper installation at some point. I didn't find out until I was loading the vehicle away from the store. Not a huge deal, but inconvenient.Alberto L.

The U-Haul rep on-site added an insurance item to my bill, which I did NOT request (and did not need), and when I brought this to his attention, her refused to credit that off. He told me to call the toll-free number and have them deal with it. I don't know where he's from but that's NOT the way we do business in Texas.Jay W.
Getting the equipment was a little slow because the location is an oil change business and Saturday morning was very busy. Maybe have another person staffed to help. The man was swamped but did a great job considering the work load!David V.

It's secondary business to them. Far from my house, but y'all moved my reservation there. He had all kinds of problems with UHaul's software. When I returned the trailer, the web site would not work properly, so I called and they said to just leave it.Steven H.
I was given incorrect information about what would be credited when dropping off the vehicle. The vehicle was relatively clean inside except the windows and just filthy outside. Uhaul changed my planned pickup location to a nearby city of Hutto and they did not have the 24 pads I ordered. I was told I could drive to another location to see if they had any. I drove to Roundrock and waited an hour and a half in line to see if they had pads.keith S.
I booked my pick up at the Steeds Crossing location in Pflugerville, but was sent to the location in Hutto. I arrived a few minutes early at 7:50 am for an 8:00 a.m. pick up. Only one person was working with 3 people ahead of me in line. When it was finally my turn I was rented a truck with a stolen catalytic converter. I had to go back in and they had to redo my contract and give me a different truck. The whole process took about an hour and a half. I had movers standing by at 9:00 a.m. and had to pay them for a 1/2 hour of time to stand around and wait for me to straighten out the truck situation. To be fair, the gentleman waiting on me was polite and was doing the best that he could, but he needed assistance. The truck that I was finally given was in good working order. I did pay in advance for blankets, but this location did not have any blankets available. The website should not allow you to purchase supplies that are not available.Kathleen P.

Apparently reservations mean nothing to your company, I reserved a trailer two weeks prior and received a call the day before pickup saying they didn't have it and offered a smaller unit. If I needed a smaller unit that's what I would have reserved. They finally found one, but I had to drive an extra 50 miles to pick it up, with no apology or offer of reduced rate for the rental.Lee F.

Sometimes a customer can't pick up their truck or other equipment because someone else has not returned it on time. This location need more equipment as a buffer against equipment returned late.Richard G.

We rented a 26' truck for a move from Texas to Georgia. We averaged 6 miles to the gallon sometime, just three. Not even close to the average miles per gallon that it says. Of course, this added greatly to the expense of the truck rental.Rachel S.
Great management very friendly, even while extremely busy on a Saturday morning. Got me out quickly. The rental unit with 75K on it was clean, but had a very poorly worked front end. Balance, alignment, tires? I don't know. Fortunately my round trip was only 10 miles. Had it been 100 I would have not been too happy. Perhaps that is why I was selected for this truck. The Wi-Fi reception was the thing that really dragged the experience, but I love the convenience of being able to pick up the truck at a time that fit into my work scheduleLakeshia C.
The only problem I did have was trying to remove the lock from the back to obtain my key. I picked up the truck after hours so the key was locked in the back of the truck. Otherwise, I did not have any problems at all.Rebekka C.

I truck was low on gas, I wasn't even sure if I would make it to the gas station. I recommend checking the gas to ensure it has enough in case the customer is in rush and cannot fill it up. ¡Gracias!Amir A.
