Was able to drop off trailer quickly (which was my priority as trying to stay ahead of traffic). Received my drop off confirmation quickly by email. Bill SUhaul dealer was unfriendly to say the least. He insisted on wanting a physical address for my personal contents. I stated to him the pick up and drop off locations were provided with the reservation but demanded to know where the "contents" were going. This was very confusing to me since I rent from Uhaul a lot and have never been asked for a location of the contents. I am a home stager and do a lot of business with Uhaul and have never encountered this type of demand.

Troy MGreat customer service, the 6x12 trailer was old and kind of beat up, but it pulled good and had no problems with it on the 800 mile move.

Patricia SNo one was at this location and nowhere to drop of the little Trailor. We call the phone # when we got to the location, and they told up to just drop of in where out of the way. I backed the Trailor out of the way and unhooked the Trailor and put a large rock in front the tires so it would not roll off, As we were driving off a man came out of the business and i ask if he worked there and he said he owns the business and i asked was the Trailor ok in the place we left it and he gave me the thumbs up. I felt comfortable after that know that the Trailor is in good hands.

Kyle WI picked up a truck and trailer that the running lights did not work at night , I urge you to make sure that you take pictures of the gas fotr they said it had more gas then it actually had and the lights and anything that they may charge you for because the contract you signed will only be emailed to. Ray RThe location isn't the problem. The system is. I requested the vehicle from Thursday- Sunday. I returned it and an additional charge of 121 tried to hit my bank account.
Jourdain FOn the 10 ft trucks maybe add a small ramp and a lift for heavy stuff that some people cannot pick up. Other than that it was great ! Will be renting there in the future if needed. Also a small note: the 89 cents a mile is a little high.

ARTURO JI called ahead and was quoted price for Uhail trailer & shipping blankets the evening before. Next morning, a different guy stated instead of $6 they were $12 for a dozen. That was fine for me and well worth the money. We only had the trailer 5 hours to move some furniture. The guy that took us to trailer was very nice and helpful. Overall a good experience. Thanks.

Tommy DI did not go inside the drop off facility. The attendant actually came out to my vehicle to check me in and assisted me with turning in the trailer. He was very helpful and handled everything which is the way it should be.

heather tI noticed that we (the customers) have to confirm the photos or update in case of changes prior to driving away. But can photos of the dashboard be included? Like I stated before, the tank was 377 miles full when I drove away, when I filled up it was 477 miles full. Thank you.
