Representatives who know what trucks available & can where can be used. My size truck & location changed four times. Third truck & location I could not use truck one way. Thankfully I called prior to pickup & one was available elsewhere as I would have been picking up close to closing time & in a mess. All else was wonderful.

Mr. Hunt was a very friendly man.... we could've talked all day. In my future needs of hauling I will contact him and also recommend him to all I know. We didn't have any problems with the vehicle. It was what I expected. Keep up the good vibes Mr. HUNT... Everybody can't work with the public. 👍

Really hard to get into, location made me feel like I was supposed to park their way around the yard. Location didn't have blocks or parking stock available. I passed it due to no signs and inventory was hidden in the wood line.

The pick-up and drop-off system in place is ridiculous. Please notify customers that if they don't arrive on time to pick-up the rental that it will time out- this wasn't communicated and caused a 2+ hour delay. Then it takes a solid 20+ minutes to get "approval" to pick up the equipment...why is this not done beforehand during the reservation period? I will definitely look for a location with a live person on duty when I rent next time.

Place is a dump inside. Again, I had to disconnect and push the trailer into a grassy spot. Rep was “too busy”. At least I got an emailed receipt.

The that own the uhaul business was not accepting any more equipment( at the first location 542 Old Washington RD, Thomson, Ga). At the Wren location the man was very ki d kind and helpful. At the 542 Old Washington Road, they did not come to assist me because their driveway was wet and no place to turn around. This was an inconvenience to me. I should be reimbursed because I did not need an extra day.

Dealer "hooked up" trailer, checked all lights, retightened hitch after pulling up a few feet. Good experience-no issues at all.

Mr Bubba went above and beyond to help with my moving experience. .helped me get hooked up and unhooked once I returned. I have rented from him twice even though there is 2 locations closer I prefer to go to him!

Our main problem was getting our tiny little MGB on the large auto-transporter--would have been better if we'd been provided with a smaller-sized unit. But, all's well that ends well!

Office that I picked up the truck was an unclean trailer. I would not ever send anyone there. The location I dropped off the truck (A1 301 North Mini) was clean and the office staff were extremely nice. I would highly recommend them.

The business was poor at this location it was not like other uhaul location that when you where done with the uhaul you can take it back after hours you had to take it back doing hours I was done with the trailer at 5 on my return date and as far as I know they closed at 12 on Saturday and didn't Know that the gates would be open because I was told that they closed on Saturday at 12 and me I work survive calls on weekends so I couldn't return it and Sunday they are closed so that location needs camera and to loose the gates

It's not the cleanest place, plus I did not get my rental to two hours after the time I needed it. But the worker was friendly, and I was also told I would not be charged to I returned the truck and that was not true
