Robert KThe UHaul app totally failed this morning when I tried to pick up the rental. What’s up with not being able to handle app traffic on a Saturday morning?!? After 20 minutes, the location office opened and the VERY helpful, knowledge and efficient person at the rental location helped save the day, literally. I will ALWAYS and ONLY now deal directly with local rental locations. Additionally, the 2 moving helpers I reserved for 9:00 this morning notified me at 10:30 that they could NOT do my load/unload unti 1:00 in afternoon. We ended up having to do it ourselves which was NOT what we needed as I TRIED to hire help. I will NEVER use the UHaul app again OR hire moving help. TOTALLY unreliable.

The service provided my this location and the young lady who handled my reservation electronically and the day of pickup and return was very professional, friendly and very helpful. I was in and out with the rental in excellent time. Return and checkout was equally as smooth. Will definitely used this location for all future rentals.
Winefry CNo improvement necessary. The U-Haul associate took care of me as soon as I walked into the office and answered my questions. She was professional and courteous. The vehicle was exactly as I ordered. When I returned the vehicle, I was again assisted immediately and the process took only a few minutes. Excellent service!

Access is always convenient and the rental location's inclusion within the storage location made moving my daughter into and out of her dorm room as smooth as moving can be. This is a very well-run operation.

joyce msales person was so rude! told me she was cranky due to UTI! Why in the world would an employee tell a customer they had a uninary tract infection! there were blankets and hand truck in cargo area taking up space when I did not order them !

My receipt doesn’t have the young lady’s name who waited on me this morning along with another moving customer. She had attitude from the beginning and was rude throughout. Both of us said to her why are you being so rude and her reply was “goodbye have a good day.”I will avoid this location next time if I see her working . I told her if you don’t Like your job, quit - but don’t take it out on us

Jeanne MThe 24/7 option did not work as well as hoped. Very slow to get approval…didn’t call the second person until I called the 800 number help. I had left the site by then to regroup as nothing was happening When I returned and started the process I was told the problem was my license photo did not show all four corners of my license but instead of asking for a new photo, I was just put I to a waiting for approval mode. The pickup took close to 40 minutes to complete because of this.

Robert KPrice is advertised as $19.95 for a day. We used a tru k for less than 2 hours to take items on a one trip to the dump and cost was $79.plus. This is false advertising and bait and switch,
KEN RCustomer service is hard to find anywhere, but H/R mini storage offers it completely. It was a pleasure contracting with them. Don’t hesitate, because they will help with all of your Uhaul and storage needs.

Suzanne WThe guys were nice enough but the truck was not in the best shape. There was no pre-inspection and there were a few problems I found out about while driving. The lock on the passenger door was broken and someone taped the key thing to the door. The driver seat belt didn’t retract properly so I was getting the seat belt back in place by hand. I can’t imagine the guys at the store didn’t know these things. And of course the truck had a faint odor of cigarette smoke. I drove for 7 hours so these were all nuisances that could have been resolved with a better truck. There were several in their lot when I picked my truck up first thing in the morning.
