Took 45 minutes or longer to get truck as it was not checked in or out when we arrived and had to wait to have the truck ready for us. Also had to dice 30+ miles to get truck as there wasn't anything available in my area. Will not ever use uhaul services again. I called customer service asking for a discount for the poor experience and the representative was rude and unwilling to offer anything even though the store said they would.Leslie T.
The customer service at this location was first rate. They did everything they could to make my experience pleasant. But the reservation hardware was slow, the rental itself did not function properly - the taillights and hazards did not function. I was ill at ease my entire journey. And there was no alternative rental. That was the only trailer on the lot.vikki M.
Huffman's was great. But your location/phone service was horrible for finding what I needed. (5) yes FIVE locations before I got what I needed. I will not recommend anyone to use Uhaul.chris G.

Nothing as both people I talked with were very helpful and quick to help. Only issue was The internet went down and a receipt was not provided. No way to tell if I was charged for the 5x8 trailer I ordered or for the 6x12 I received because what I ordered was not available.John P.
The mobile pickup service is the worst experience I have ever had. Was told it would be simple and very "self explaintory", however i spent over an hour trying to get it. I called and asked for help because "chat" was not reaponding to any questions. After multiple failed attempts, and lots of time on hold, i just said forget it and drove an hour out of my way (costing me in milage and gas) just so i could talk to a person. While calling to cancel, i was hung up on by someone in Missouri. Not pleased with this service. WILL NOT recommend to any one, and will advise against it in favor of budget or equivalent. The website said that a dolly would work for my car. It does not. I have a Dodge Dart Rallye turbo with low profile tires. It would not fit on the dolly. Thank goodness John was on site to help me with this problem or I would have not made it to my destination and first day of workDeborah W.

Had an emergency with our camper and ended up renting a U-Haul to get home. The downside was we had no idea of the area but locals guided us. It was also an 80 mile round trip as the 4 local U-Haul rental places did not have a 6 X 12 that we could take one way.Lori T.

Make it more use friendly to reserve on line. I attempted to reserved a truck 3 times unsuccessfully, and I was unable to complete the reservation. I had no problem reserving the truck at Huffman Hardware in Aledo. The truck was very comfortable to drive.MARTHA T.

This location was way out of reach from the highway. There was a bad accident that took place which made us go further away. By the time I reached the store, the store manager left and I had to wait for him to return as none of the other employees knew how to handle the transaction.SHERI H.

They had three car haulers, and they gave me the worst of them all, by a long shot. 2 hours into my drive, a wheel came off the trailer as I was traveling down I-80 with a car on the hauler. The poor guy at the rental location said he hadn't worked there long, and asked other people working there for help. They told him to call the UHaul number and just figure it out. Can't blame it on him, but I sure as hell wouldn't rent from them again. In fact, I'd question renting from UHaul period again, based on this experience.Jeff H.
If a customer lives in a city with a rental location and all neighboring cities have multiple rental locations, customers should not be INCONVENIENCED when already involved in a high stress moving situation to travel 35 minutes to pick up the moving truck. I find that to be poor customer service. Also, the rental location was unsure if they had a truck because it had been disabled. He was helpful after I explained the situation. He said that the reservation department wouldn't know that the truck they had needed repairs. How is that even possible? The whole experience was stressful and it shouldn't have been. I would not recommend U Haul to friends or families.Thomas S.

I was called 10 minutes before I was scheduled to pick up my truck (by Shannon) and informed that a truck would not be available for me at that location. I was told I needed to drive to another location - 30 minutes away - to pick up my truck. Upon arrival at this new location I informed that they did not have my reservation! Furthermore, the one truck they did have they were unable to locate the keys for it!!! The individual spent the next 30 minutes trying to find the key while made three separate calls to UHaul to obtain some kind of resolution! Lots of minutes on hold, along with three different individuals who could give me any assistance (one actually said she found a truck for me at another location, and proceeded to tel me the location...I was where I was standing!!) The key was eventually found... 90 minutes after I was supposed to have a truck, and 27 miles from where I needed to be! The original message I received about having to go to another location stated that I would receive a $50 credit to my card for my troubles. To date nothing has appeared on my card.Don P.

The staff at Huffmans were pretty sharp on quickly arranging an unusual rental for accessory equipment only which i needed. I once being a U-Haul Dealer in Charlotte NC understand how confusing the software can be. These guys are on top of things. Thanks and will use again DW BrightDAVID B.
Check your tires, and make sure that they get replaced when they go bad. I used a car trailer and had to keep airing up one the tires not sure why. It wouldve made things easier for us if the tires wouldve been good. Other then that i would recommed the service to anybody. They where very good to me as a customer.Matthew S.
