Self check out process did not work at all. UHaul systems were down. I got the van about half hour late. However systems were up for the return. Van had a low rear right tire pressure warning which was worrisome - I put this in the return comments.Sridhar J.

Your self-check in and check out via the smartphone app is still rather ... buggy. Also, nowhere was I warned that we would have to give UHAUL another person's name and phone number just to pick up our truck. We had to violate a friend's right to privacy just to satisfy registration somehow, even after photographing my license and myself! If those two pictures match, that should be enough! Also, when returning the truck, ALL photos taken of the dash showing mileage and fuel gauge were rejected with NO REASON given. We were forced to give up and just lock the truck and drop the keys in the drop box then call the owner of that Uhaul and leave a message asking for help. VERY AWKWARD.Kristi H.

After initially ordering a van with another agent (which called me early and explained they would not have the vehicle) and retained HTF Auction Services for me. The services provided were excellent. I do not like the online phone service it seems like patchwork, it should be easy but I found it difficult.DANNY M.
I did an after hours drop-off so I did not visit inside the building and had no interaction with staff. My only issue was the Uhaul app would not let me upload photos during the truck return.. I called customer support and the person never suggested trying the website, he only transferred me to live return agent and I was on hold for almost an hour before we reached out via chat; the chat agent suggested the website which worked fine.Burt J.

My reservation was taken from where I selected near my home and moved to this location, ten miles further that I did NOT request. When I picked up the truck, 30 minutes after their published opening time they hadn't arrived for the day yet, the same Owner also choose to not return customers phone calls. When I arrived the facility was locked and no one was present. I tried to check out the truck and the uhaul application did not work. The Owner finally arrived and checked me out with his mobile device and stated â€œthe uhaul app was a piece of crap and it never worksâ€. I returned the truck early, 9:30PM on Thursday Sept 30 and once again the app did not work, I returned home and the app still gave me error messages. I called the location and left a voicemail Friday morning to assure my return was processed, the owner elected to not call me back all day. I called and left a second voicemail Saturday and owner again elected to ignore my call. They waited until after 12:00PM on Friday to process my return (15 hours late) so they could collect a fourth daily rental fee illegally. I have multiple time stamped photos of the truck, key drop box etc to prove my return time I need a refund processed within the next business day AND a written confirmation of the creditKent B.

Every time I go to this location the truck is dirty! I believe it's very unfair I have to clean up after others when if I were to leave it dirty I would be charged a fee. What can we do for the major inconvenience? This last time there were MANY pads left in the truck unfolded, 2 dollies not placed back correctly and the truck was not swept! I returned at 1:37 PM on the day rented. I parked where I was told to, went to the office and dropped off the keys to the owner, and thought all was good. The next morning we woke up to a call asking where I returned it. I explained above, I also reminded him I handed the keys to him. I received another call asking the same from him, then two calls from uhaul. It appears the truck wasn't checked in. My bill finally came that afternoon. I had me using it a total of 15 Mike's yet I was charged for 30. Jo way did I put those miles on it. Since you are charging by the mile, it wasn't checked in timely and was missing, obviously they didn't record the mileage. It was 5.4 mikes from the rental to the location I hauled from. My stop was along the route . I did drive a mile down main for gas. Since it wasn't logged when I returned I do think that I wasn't charged correctly for my mileage and would like to contest those charges.Tony R.
