Ac didn't work and had poor customer service at drop off location. They offered a 25 dollar gift certificate, that is not satisfactory. We drove 5 hours in 100 degree heat with a child and no AC!James L.

Horibble experience took three days to return truck that was dropped off same day. This location has not informed uhaul that they are an after hours drop off location. Manager on 1800 number was less help then two other uhaul agents i spoke with after. Manager of this location voicmail full. Agent at this location was left alone without first being trained on uhaul. Milage and gas wrong which leads me to believe no one checks to verify. Also blankets leftvin back of truck with no locks and they had purple paint on them. It was Dry but makes me wonder if they even knew it ws there. Charges are higher than the rental two weeks prior, so i believe that had somethung to do with wrong mileage. I have dealt with this issue for three days through the holiday also. I feel i should not be charge at all. This was a big nightmare.Emmett B.
