It was 40 minutes away from the original pick up location we wanted
David HSmall location but very helpful. Had a floor jack to take the trailer off of my hitch. Would definitely recommend this location to a friend.
Robert CNot the pick up location we picked. We got to Lebenon to find out our rental wasn't there. We had to travel back 40 minutes to another location for pick up. This uhaul mess up added 2 hours to our trip and put us right in the middle of rush hour to drive home. No apologies just We don't have what you rented.

Thomas BI had ordered a Uhaul more than 2 months ago to be picked up at a specific location near my house (less than 3 miles away). The day before we are supposed to pick it up, we receive an email that we have to pick it up at a location that is a 20 minute trip each way. What is the point of ordering the truck months in advance? This happened two times to us in the same week while moving our two daughters into college. Not happy!

Tammy BStaff at Hostile Customs was wonderful! Incredibly helpful and courteous. I wish we’d returned the vehicle during regular business hours as well. Self check-in on the U-haul site and app was horrible. The website wouldn’t load properly to allow us to submit photos, and ended up wasting over an hour of our time before we simply gave up trying. Neither the website nor the app worked properly.
ABIGAYLE SGuy was real nice relized the mistake of wrong drop off location input by newark store . Took the trailer so I didn't have to go put of my way. Didn't charge me for dropping trailer off at wrong location due to mistake of uhaul on 21st street.

Glenn NThey called the night before letting me know I had until exactly &:15 am (same time I picked up) to get it back because it was scheduled to go out again at 8:15 am! You might give a buffer! Geez he did say we could bring it night before! Sorry didn’t feel like after a 6 hr drive & 2 he’s unloading 50 boxes into warehouse rushing down road to drop trailer to make your life easy ! But man was very nice giving us an option!
Antonio CQuick and easy check-in. No issues with the truck. Plenty of room to maneuver the truck out of the lot.
Richard WI only used the truck for a couple hours and I paid over $70. If you could come up with a way to make it more affordable for quick errands that would be great.

Aaron TThe truck was covered in snow which had to be removed which cut into our time with the truck. Also there were some glitches which cut into our estimated 4 hours with the truck. I was unaware that I had to use my cell phone to both pick up and drop off. My cellphone service was very poor in the area and it was nearly impossible to do so. After finally getting the drop off submitted it told me I was being charged for an additional rental. This nearly doubled my original cost! I was an hour past the drop off time and it took well over an hour with pick up, cleaning off the snow, and drop off! I have had positive experiences with U-Haul in the past, but this mobile pickup and drop off is extremely frustrating. If this is how it is I will not be using U-Haul in the future.
