This guy took his job way too seriously. I accidentally left the padlock keys at the location I was staying 2 miles away and told him I was so sorry and would run home and get them and he treated me like I must’ve left a dead body inside. He was argumentative when I told him my email didn’t specify a drop off time, just the day. Was not friendly. Welcome to a new town not off to a good start.

Had a wonderful experience, the light connector on our car was dirtier then we realized and he went above and beyond to clean it up and get it working. Will definitely be coming back to this U-Haul location again!

FIX YOUR TRUCKS TO BE ROAD WORTHY. SPENT 5 HOURS ON THE SIDE OF THE INTERSTATE, THEN HAD TO RELOAD INTO ANOTHER BROKEN TRUCK. WHEN FUELING THE PUMPS DIDN'T SHUTOFF, FUEL WAS WASTED ON THE GROUND. INSPECT YOUR TRUCKS BEFORE RENTING THEM. People pay good money for YOUR UNSAFE TRUCKS. WHERE'S THE DOT? YOU RENT OUT UNSAFE TRUCKS!!

nothing. The U-Haul team went above and beyond to make sure that the equipment was clean and ready to go, and took extra time to walk me through how to check oil, add washer fluid, etc. and drive safely on the road.
