Mark is probably the only intelligent person working for UHaul. He uses common sense when scheduling, he provides customers service, he’s fair by providing equitable solutions to problems, all while looking out for the best interests of the company. I wish I could hire him!! Yes! This is by far the best run store this company has. UHaul on-line system is a disaster at best and their customer service call center is pathetic. If you’re in Miles City, stop in to talk to Mark. He’ll fix it and get you on your way!

Started by renting truck & trailer online which turned out to be a mess as nothing online indicated what I had rented was even available. Only after contacting original dealer in Bowman ND before my pickup date did I find out dolly was not available which changed my move date & pickup location. ND & MT Uhaul offices helped (Fargo & Billings) trying to find a dolly. Online reservations should indicate if equipment is not available when selecting. Had I not called in advance I would have showed up expecting a truck & dolly only to dind out dolly was not at that location.

The truck was not clean. We had to wipe everything down with clorox wipes. The truck was well-maintained. The office was filthy. I didn't even want to sit on the chair. This was a brand new truck and I was disappointed that it had manual locks and windows. It is really hard to roll down the passenger side windows in that huge truck if you are driving. Also, my younger child in a car seat was with me and they couldn't lock or roll down anything themselves. I think for the price Haul could at least provide it's customers with that little luxury.

We had to travel 4 hours to pick up the uhaul when there was a truck sitting at the Sidney Uhaul where we moved from. More equipment needs to be available. The customer service people were amazing. Great customer service!

I called to see what their hours were so i could drop off my trailer. they phones had been forwarded but the man who answered was more than helpful and willing to come back so i could unhook the trailer yet that evening. he got me checked in and on my way. what great uhaul customer service. i wouldn't use anyone else for moving.

Upon returning my UHaul, the tech called out the chains being worn down from dragging. Which, I was instructed to twist the chains and ensure they did not drag... which I checked multiple times. The drop off tech also informed me of damage on the trailer, which was notated but not clearly outlined by the starting rental location on the paperwork.

great place to rent from. Mark is always great, and treats his customers very well. ALL of our experiences with this U haul location have been terrific. when we need a rental....This location is the first one we call. And...it is 75 miles away from our home. Thank You again.

I was charged an extra day because I was about 75 minutes late. I called and let him know I would be late. I understand it was not his choice to charge an extra day, it was corporate's decision. This extra day charge will me very hesitant to use uhaul in the future. It's not like you people were screwed out of a days rental since I returned it after the place was closed. The dealer knew where I was, and the approximate time I would return. If there is a next time and it looks like I will be a little late you can stick that 55mile an hour up your ass. It shouldn't be necessary for me to possibly endanger people lives because of your corporate policy.
