There was no one available to help with the process. No one on premises. Took several phone calls and almost 2 hours to get through the process. Then the straps on the trailer were useless. I provided pics to the dealer.

JEFFREY CLet customers know if they drop off after hours it needs to be checked in on the website or app otherwise there is a $20 fee. This information was not given to me even though I mentioned the trailer will be dropped off same day even though it was not due until next afternoon at pickup.

We struggled trying to get everything to work and missed our reservation, which made us have to go to another location where we struggled to get the app to work. The license scan never worked. The pictures worked after ten attempts and we had to keep reloading. This was on multiple phones. What a horrible experience. Delayed our move 3 hours.

This was 3rd location to get truck wasting hours on phone, gas and miles to be picked up then to be treated and talked to like a piece of garbage on the phone after waiting and wasting hours to do so with multiple people

David RWhen I got there, the doors were all locked even though the open signs were on or in sight. The hours stated they were open at 9am and I got there around 11:15am. I was also charged for an extra day for both the car trailer and the truck even though I had the rental for two days.

Bernie PThe location was fine ... the issue was that I reserved a 17' truck over two weeks before my move date and the I was told the day of 8/25 that there was not a 17' truck available so the only option I have to guarantee that I even had a truck was to take a 10' truck which lead to two trip of moving my item instead of just one trip. My location of picking up the truck was right down the street from me and then the location changed two more time which was about 8 miles out of my way. It was very confusing and stressful ... I had not choice but to compromise which cost me more money than I should have paid to begin with even though the truck was smaller I had to pay more mileage cost and more gas. I was not satisfied with u-haul at all and I will be leery to choose u-haul for my next move. Yes the location was fine because it was just a facility but u-hauls conduct was very unreliable and confusing
