Truck brakes were bad, windshield wipers didn't work.and it rained during my move..seat wouldn't move forward.. couldn't touch pedals..had to sit on edge of seat to drive and check engine light was on the whole move...not a safe vehicle...then you charge me double for dollie and pads and for gas ...I put exactly back what I used...never use Uhaul again..
Mackie WilsonThe driver side visor shade was missing the catch fitting, so it kept dangling down—very annoying. Also, I believe I was overcharged for gasoline. I traveled only 19 miles and was charged for 4 gallons of gas! Is it reasonable that this 10 ft box truck gets only 4.75 mpg?? Peter Sartorius

David GardnerSome previous customer apparently spilled something inside the trailer and did not clean it up very well. There was a brown substance on the sidewall and in the corner. It was dried up, but looked gross. Interior had not been swept out. That is the difference in renting ftom an offsite provider as opposed to an actual UHAUL location.

Patrick MarshallVehicle license plate was not the same that was listed on the contract. Therefore, when I received the online pre-trip inspection form, it had incorrect information and fuel tank level information.

Nothing was explained about the truck. I go to the truck there was a pad lock on the back. I never seen this before. I go back in the lady was very rude she came out to the truck and told me don't worry about it I won't need it. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had..

If I treated my customers like this, I’d be out of business. And I do a lot of business with U-Haul no more. You’ll be here for my attorney.

Called U Haul to see if they accepted cash was told yes, was at the pick up wouldn't take cash, agreed to put it on my debit card and then pay cash when we return the truck, was told leave keys on the side money off the debit card as still wouldn't take cash. Very frustrating......

Christopher EhrenfeldThe rep at ste store was terrible. Not friendly at all, acted like she was doing a favor helping me. I noticed there was a statement on my receipt that I had to go online to check the trailer back in or would be charged an additional $20. She never said any about that. It was not easy to do. I was not sure it work, had to get on a chat with uhaul to clarify. I rent trailers often and have never had to do that. I will never use or recommend this location to anyone. I was also charged the $8 insurance which I am Pretty sure I declined when I set up the reservation.

Mark PerkinsAbsolutely no U-Haul signage at this location. No designated “return” area. No “U-Haul” designations in the store, Ace Hardware, either. The lady at the checkout counter directed me to “the paint counter.” The person at the paint counter asked for the key, which I went out to retrieve from the rental. When I returned, she directed me to move the truck “over by the palm trees.” TERRIBLE, UNHELPFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL. U-Haul is better than this!!!!

Went to another location where there was supposed to be a truck and counter service. Went to second location, truck was there, no person to check out he truck for us, and, wifi not working there at that location so could not use the app Went to THIRD LOCATION at this point we have driven over 75 miles!!!! Truck was there but broken and dirty, we were desperate so we took it anyway. All these hoops and disasters and we were never offered a discount or anything to make jumping through all these hoops worthwhile. Basically we hate you but don't have much of a choice, we have to use you anyway, since you are the only company that does this, so I guess you just abuse us and laugh because you know we can't get a truck anywhere else
Emanuel ErricoEquipment needs to be repaired better. It sounded like the engine doesn't have a muffler. Also, the steering wheel alignment was terrible.

I can't say I've ever in my life been treated so rudely by your uhaul representative "Mike" at this location. He refused to help me with a problem I had with equipment and when I asked for management he laughed and said she's not gonna help you either. He literally told me to "throw the keys on counter and leave he's not gonna help me its not his job, we are a drop off and pick up location only sir, your gonna have to call Uhaul if you want a refund or receipt, I can't help you at all. I did seek out management and refused to leave until we talked. I told her "Lisa" about Mike and she just told him to walk away as he began yelling at me trying to bully me as I spoke with her about problems I experienced with my rental. This location gives your entire corporate name bad representation and should be addressed immediately. I will NEVER return here again. Concerned,
John NealI used U-Hall.com to reserve my truck. It was easy to use. I had changed my reservation twice. Everything was great I was confirmed to pick up the truck on 8/28 at 12 noon. I go early @ 11:30 and when I talk to the employee. My registration was not there. She checked the system and my name was not there. When i checked, my reservation was cancelled. I didn’t get an email or anything. I had to call to to reinstate my registration. It took me an hour to get the truck. Julia the employee at U-Haul was kind and patient and helped me get the truck I ordered.
Rosa RiveraA/C did not work at all. After 5 minutes on the road a/c did not work anymore. With 98 degres outside, it is not a joke. The worst possible experience. I consider the lack of maintainance disrespectful.
