Very disappointed I rented well in advance . The appliance dolly rented was not in my truck. I had to drive 1 hour out of way to buy one at Lowes for 119.00 . I have asked over and over for someone to contact me, and I have heard nothing from anyone

In the email confirming my reservation 24 hours before my pick up time it stated my reservation was garunteed. Within 7 hours of my pick up time my “garunteed” reservation was changed to a lovation 10-15 miles from my original pick up location. I was not provided with the 26’ truck I reserved, instead i recoeved a 20’ truck. I will not be recommending uhaul to anyone and will not use this company again.

I would of rated it higher but the gentleman we rented from was chewing tobacco and spitting in plastic bottle on his desk. It was nearly full and was absolutely gross. I have nothing against a person's right to treat a nicotine addiction, but for goodness sake when you're dealing with the public try and be a little more discreet.

Jennifer made sure that we had a great, clean truck. It was ready to go when we got to the rental place. Truck operated well and gasoline usage was best ever. Highly recommend this location.

This location was great; however, making/reviewing my reservation was horrendous. I called to make a reservation with the 1-800 uhaul number. The person who answered was rude, short, and dismissive. She quickly rushed me off the phone. When I went to review the reservation, no locations were listed, so I had to put them in online. What was the point of talking to her when she literally didn't do anything? What would've happened if I hadn't checked? Fast forward to a week before my reservation, I double check to make sure everything is in order, and I find out my pick-up location was moved to over 30 miles away. No one contacted me, no email was sent to me. I call to see what's going on and I'm told that the person who rented the truck I was supposed to have before me still hasn't returned it, so they moved my location to ensure I had a truck. Ok, I respect that, but if I hadn't double checked, would anyone have contacted me? Or would I just have shown up to the wrong location? Based off the lack of communication throughout this process, I would guess the latter. The woman I talked to was very helpful and gave us extra miles to make up the difference, but I don't understand why I'm having to check, double check, and triple check with literally no communication with uhaul other than what I initiated. Completely unprofessional. Once we actually got the truck, everything was fine. The point is, I had enough to worry about with moving and uhaul simply added to that stress. I'll be using a different company for my next move. If you decide to use Uhaul, my advice is to triple check your reservation instead of assuming uhaul will take care of you.

Truck was old, was hard to close the back door on truck (took two of us to close it successfully). Also indicators didnt automatically turn off. And finally ramp on truck was far too short, causing incline to be exceptionally steep, making loading truck much more difficult. Was not at impressed with this particular vehicle. I rent trucks frequently, and this one was by far the worst we’ve ever rented.

Have accurate gas gauge reading on sheet to match what is in the truck. The sheet showed more gas than what the gauge was at.

Got the first truck and right ou of the driveway, the engine light came on. went back and traded for another one. last one on the lot so I took it. Then as I tried to plug in Garmin and my phone into the power ports they were both inoperative. No use of Garmin, and I could not use my hands free Bluetooth headset because I was using the phone for navigation. Phone power would not last 5 hous with both! then when I tried to check it in on-line, I found out that the original truck mileage was being used, so it said I drove 30.000 miles in one day and wanted to charge me $12,000. I spent almost an hour on the phone being passed around froms one customer service person to another just to finally be told that the only one who could fix this was the originating location, which, of course, was closed on Saturday afternoon. I'll be hard pressed to rent from U-Haul again. I'll go back to Penske for trucks!

Moved a three bedroom house...returned later for a storage unit and was offered a closet space for items that were not placed in my home.... Advised the customer reply that a closet space was not acceptable...but two units the next size up would do...after making contract and leaving the facility over the weekend.... We returned to store items in the units and requested the locks to be removed only to discover that the report had rented us the very units that we voiced to him were not sufficient.... He had in fact only given us the exact two closet sized units on different areas of the facility.....however it was closing time when I arrived and the lock was removed by the female attendant who jumped in her truck immediately and drive off before I could open the closet that was not part of the agreement!!!!! OMG!!!! Bogus actions!!!!

The person booked my truck to someone else and did not tell me. I was supposed to get my truck at 10am. Then I had to go to another Uhaul rental and get another truck. He also tried to tell me he could give me free days, when he could not.
