Donna JIt took two hours to track the owner down. Actual business hours, we're waiting at his business. He's at the gas station having coffee. Horrible representation of uhaul.

Leslie WThis location did not know that we had ordered an utility dolly and we had to go back to get it. Also, they did not accurately record how much gas was in the truck when they left it at night for us to pick it up. We actually left it with more gas than it had when we picked it up and because of the location not putting the correct amount of gas on the record I was charge for 3 gallons of gas at $4.27 a gallon.

Jennifer HI had to wait 1 1/2 hours for him to show up. Then I was overcharged on the mileage. It said ,69 per mile. I was charged ,89.

tina iEquipment was in poor shape. Tires had flat spots and very little tread. Truck pulled and steering was loose. Tires were out of balance. It was hard to keep truck in the designated lane.

James MI was told I would receive my deposit back at the drop off location. The owner of the station was extremely rude. Said that he wasn't surprised I was told I would get my refund back at the drop off point but I would not be getting it from him. He runs a gas station. He deals in cash all day. That was the "reason" I was told he would not refund my money. There is no reason I should have to wait on my money. It could easily be put on my bank card used for this transaction. I will not use the drop off location ever again and at this point I won't use U-Haul again.
tina hI put 150$ in gas didn't even use 1/4 tank. I was told it had worse gas mileage than it did. Not only did I not get reimbursed but I went over 14 miles and they took that out of my 100$ deposit! Is this illegal? They were not there when I dropped off I left a note asking to get a call back never called me. Horrible! I use uhaul all the time anytime I need a truck or storage. I will never use you guys again! I just wanted a phone call.

JOHNNIE JI was told the day before my reservation, one I made three weeks in advance, I'd have to drive to this location an hour away to get a truck. The owner did not know how to use the app or how to unlock the truck with it but he did get us a truck. When I called, he wasn't even aware that my reservation was switched to his location. We had to call him after hours to let us in because the app would not work. THEN the a/c was broken and we are under a heat advisory here in Oklahoma. Really bad experience

Walter RFriendly Folks, ready to help with any information. Explained processes very well like what to do if there was a dead battery due to a cargo light being left on, flat tire etc. Offered insurance which we took and recommend. Equipment fit our needs and worked very well. Don't let the size of this location fool you, These guys know their stuff and have their "A" game on!!
gregg dThe vehicles are parked below trees so the windshields are covered in sap which makes it hard to see, I was missing the appliance dolly I was supposed to have so I spent about an hour on the phone with U-Haul trying to locate one...which was at the owners personal gas station and pretty dirty...you have to return the vehicle down a narrow alley filled with debris and make a very difficult turn into the return location passed a bunch of old water heaters. My experience was so bad I'll try another company next time.

David SI was quoted approximately 115-150. Total price ended up being 218.00 which is quite a difference. I was told to call the 800 number and their the ones that charged me that much. I explained that wasn't the same price that I was approximately quoted, but they didn't care. Everything else about the experience was good.
Kelly TThe man at the uhaul in holdenville oklahoma double charged my debit. Then i had call bank to disput it because uhaul wouldn't refund me. I dont advise anyone to use this location worst moving experience EVER!

I charged the battery but this failed to work. the battery would not maintain a charge. this turned into a VERY POOR experience driving to my new location!!!!!!!! I will have trouble recommending U-Haul to friends and family. This was very poor business.

Martin OI made the reservation online so the above answers are not regarding the location. I ordered a 26 foot truck from Holdenville. When I received my conformation, It said Seminole so I called and explained that that would add an hour and 60 miles to my move. I was told I could only get a 20 foot from Holdenville. I called the 800 number and confirmed the day before. When I got there the gentleman in Holdenville wasn't made aware of my reservation so I had to wait for him to check in a truck. We were luck he had one there. I had also reserved a package of furniture blankets witch weren't there so the agent in Holdenville took that charge off. The gentleman at the Holdenville site was very gracious. However the communication with him from the main office was deplorable. When I made the reservation online I should have been told that there wasn't a 26 foot truck available at the Holdenville sight. we wound up having to make 2 trips. Blankets are needed to protect furniture when you move. The U-Haul communication is awful. I wasn't properly informed and neither was your agent. This does not make for good business at all. This lack communication can cost a company money through loss of customers.

SETH KWhere the trailer was parked was extremely difficult to get hooked up and pull out of. The trailer was parked in the front yard of an old house - you had to go over the curb or at a sharp angle to get lined up and back up pull forward several times to get out when hooked up. The trailer was a very old trailer and the lights would flicker when going down the road.
