The vehicles are parked below trees so the windshields are covered in sap which makes it hard to see, I was missing the appliance dolly I was supposed to have so I spent about an hour on the phone with U-Haul trying to locate one...which was at the owners personal gas station and pretty dirty...you have to return the vehicle down a narrow alley filled with debris and make a very difficult turn into the return location passed a bunch of old water heaters. My experience was so bad I'll try another company next time.

I was quoted approximately 115-150. Total price ended up being 218.00 which is quite a difference. I was told to call the 800 number and their the ones that charged me that much. I explained that wasn't the same price that I was approximately quoted, but they didn't care. Everything else about the experience was good.

The man at the uhaul in holdenville oklahoma double charged my debit. Then i had call bank to disput it because uhaul wouldn't refund me. I dont advise anyone to use this location worst moving experience EVER!

Friendly staff. Dropping off the U-Haul auto transport was easy and quick.

The battery was dead. The owner had to jump start me. When I got to my location to load my goods the truck would not restart. I charged the battery but this failed to work. the battery would not maintain a charge. this turned into a VERY POOR experience driving to my new location!!!!!!!! I will have trouble recommending U-Haul to friends and family. This was very poor business.

Could not figure out where to drop off truck. Then I was charged for fuel after dropping the truck off with same level as I picked it up. I have a pic showing drop off level and expect a refund.

I made the reservation online so the above answers are not regarding the location. I ordered a 26 foot truck from Holdenville. When I received my conformation, It said Seminole so I called and explained that that would add an hour and 60 miles to my move. I was told I could only get a 20 foot from Holdenville. I called the 800 number and confirmed the day before. When I got there the gentleman in Holdenville wasn't made aware of my reservation so I had to wait for him to check in a truck. We were luck he had one there. I had also reserved a package of furniture blankets witch weren't there so the agent in Holdenville took that charge off. The gentleman at the Holdenville site was very gracious. However the communication with him from the main office was deplorable. When I made the reservation online I should have been told that there wasn't a 26 foot truck available at the Holdenville sight. we wound up having to make 2 trips. Blankets are needed to protect furniture when you move. The U-Haul communication is awful. I wasn't properly informed and neither was your agent. This does not make for good business at all. This lack communication can cost a company money through loss of customers.

Where the trailer was parked was extremely difficult to get hooked up and pull out of. The trailer was parked in the front yard of an old house - you had to go over the curb or at a sharp angle to get lined up and back up pull forward several times to get out when hooked up. The trailer was a very old trailer and the lights would flicker when going down the road.

This location is part of a garage with several old/junked cars around. The lot was jammed with U-haul equipment and we had to back the trailer in off a back narrow alley. Upon dropping the trailer, the man on duty left the premises and we received no acknowledgement that we had dropped the trailer off.

Small used car operation with U-Haul as a sideline. Office is jumbled with pictures of old cars, vintage license plates and other car related items. If you are an "old car" person this location will appeal to you.

We dropped off two trucks on Sunday, they returned our trucks on Monday, causing us to get an overdraft on our bank account. We called and played phone tag for almost three weeks between the U-Haul corporate office and the local dealer before we received a partial refund. Corporate and the dealer blamed each other. I will use another company when ever possible

I used to just be able to get online, reserve a truck after entering all the information ONLINE. I would just give you guys my ID, sign a few papers, be given the keys and be on my way. Now....when I go to pick up the truck, I have to give out all the information again THAT I HAD ALREADY TYPED ONLINE. Why is this? thanks for listening... Donna Failes
