The overall experience was fantastic so there isn’t anything I would change. The only thing I would request is to have your other locations take notes bc this was by far one of the greatest once I’ve experienced and we use U-Haul a lot.

Brian FHave equipment where the request was made to pick up a week prior. I had to drive 30 mins away to get Uhaul instead of the 5 that I made my reservation for. When called to let me know the day before pick up I was at work and didn’t answer so nothing was done to compensate my extended drive. Lady left voicemail saying where to pick up and o would be compensated for miles however I had unlimited miles and had to pay extra gas on truck and my own vehicle that had to be driven an extra 50 miles round trip.

John PLockbox to pick up key was facing the lake, it was incredibly windy/lightly snowing and the lockbox was completely frozen. Maybe placing the box somewhere not as exposed to the weather.

Mathieu Ltheir POS system was down but the online check in and pick up made it SO easy. we went to this location after our reservation being canceled at our initial location. (no one informed by i had a time limit from my reservation to go pick up my truck) the lady at the elyria Uhaul was VERY rude. i told her i had a reservation to pick up and she asked the name on it, i gave her my name, and she said yeah i canceled it. she didnt offer any additional assistance to me and quite frankly didn’t care about my situation. i made this reservation a day prior and the only pick up slot was 10:30 AM. my rental office opened at 10:00 and was an hour away. i had no choice but to be late. i went back to my car and cooled off for a minute since she was being so rude, she ended up going outside to help another customer and i could hear him being very rude to him as well, and yelling at him loud enough i could hear her from across the parking lot. her attitude was just very sour and very “i just want to go on break and not be here” (she had just gotten a food delivery). i decided to go back in and talk to the other lady working (she had blonde hair). she was very pleasant and helped me find a new truck i could go pick up. she made the reservation for me and was very helpful. the other lady ended up coming back out and interrupting me and the blonde lady asking about “how was it closing with so and so last night” this seems like a conversation that could have been had when a customer wasn’t present, or in the back i was a little frustrated because when i knew i was going to end up being late i tried to call the location, however just kept getting stuck in a recorded loop and on hold. i don’t like that i was not able to call this location directly. I tried about 3 times to get a hold of someone but the time i waited on hold was 10+ minutes each time. i wish it was easier to contact my pick up location. when we went to the new location and pick up was easy and the man working was very nice. it was a good relief compared to my initial experience at the first location. his son who was working was also VERY kind and very helpful.
SYDNEY YThe app crashed 6 times when I tried to return my truck. Otgerwise, everything went very well.
Michael GOlder location, older building - needs painted and some TLC to make it look warm and welcoming. Personnel were friendly and helpful though.
