Mewa MImprove on the trailer features. 1) There should be a safety pin to insert in the ball lock to prevent it from opening while traveling. Without it the trailer arm latch could come out of the vehicle's ball. 2) should be a trailer arm swing wheel. I was unable to lift the arm for disconnecting from my vehicle. I had to get a hydraulic jack from a neighbor to raise arm. Very inconvenient. The person at the U-haul store could not raise it either, had to use a lift dolly. Told me everyone complains about this. Other than this items the trailer pulled nicely.

When I returned the trailer he was helpful in getting everything taken care of, and I again was back on the road in minutes. Thanks again for everything.

AKCEL PThe truck had not been cleaned prior to me picking it up. I had to spend time cleaning out the inside of the cargo area before I’d even began using it. The pickup process was fairly straightforward. I wish I had a little more help with the pre-trip vehicle checks.

I should have hung up on his ass and kept it another day. I was charged plus the new reservation was charged. I will never use your company again. Thieves. This is going on your google comments
