Ensure equipment is at requested location. I had to drive 1.5 hrs to pick up a truck.

Nothing to improve, drop off location is right off the highway which is very convenient and had excellent service with the drop off and someone there to help from the time i pulled into the parking lot. This was the first UHAUL service i have used that had assistance at drop off location.
