I had put in what place I was returning it, got a call saying to take it somewhere else and I couldn't find it at night so returned the next morning...granted they were closed but got charged for another day

Instead of being wrongfully charged $152.00, I would have preferred a clarifying phone call. I made the reservation online and modified it in Tyler, TX, when I picked up the truck. I do not know where the error occurred. My contract number is 26845909 and my phone number is 972.415.6447.
This it where I go for all my rentals. Very nice and helpful.
No one was there at 1:30 - 2:00 PM and the self checkin did NOT work!! Thank goodness the lady at the U-Haul number I called was so super helpful!!!
We had ordered 2 utility dollys that were not included. We were told the facitility would be open upon arrival. We ran a little late and they had closed for the day.
PARKING LOT WAS BELOW THE GROUND LEVEL AND THE RAMP IS NOT PAVED PROPERLY. FOR ANY NEW DRIVER OR FIRST TIMER, IT'S SCARY TO DRIVE UP FROM THERE.
Truck had a few issues. Tried getting a hold of customer service for help. Waited on the phone for 20 min with know help. Hung up the phone and fixed the truck ourselves. Soooo customer service and the help hotline needs some work.

I made an appointment via the web. I changed the time the day before I picked the equipment up. When I arrived, there was a couple in the waiting area. They stated they believed the owner was in the maintenance area. 30 minutes later and another couple arriving, no one came out to see if anyone needed help; although the door chimed in the maintenance area each time the door was opened. Horrible customer service. As a company, I love UHaul, but I will not use this rental office again.
Nothing. He does a great job. He had the trailer ready to go, so we were in and out in a few minutes. He is always great to deal with.
Service was great. Equipment was good.
Manager was very competent but very busy. He knew what he was doing and wasted no time.
Please put necessary rented equipment in your trucks when it is requested.

wonderful customer service easy and simple and very polite
We talked to 4 or 5 people so we could get the code to access the key and it took over 40 minutes waiting in the cold. Every person kept saying to wait for the code to come on the app and it never did. The last person was the only helpful one. I wish I had gotten his name, because he was the only one that cared and stayed on the phone and actually got us the code. I will never use the 24/7 program again. If there is not an actual person there to take care of me then I will go elsewhere.
We waiting in line at the other location for about 30min. So I starting reserving my pickup. As we headed to this location on Gentry and as soon as we walked inside I finished the reservation did not have any wait time. They were excellent ??

Explain when you call to extend the days. If you don't use all the allotted time, that you may be refunded
Parking lot was muddy. Got mud on the tires of the truck.
the truck was dirty and the inside needed a little cleaning. also the truck was out of alignment.

1) I was charged an insurance fee when I agreed to no insurance on the initial reservation over the phone... 2) I was never notified and it was never communicated or brought to my attention about the return policy regarding time to turn in the tailer... Luckily I met the deadline and was not charged an additional day's fee... 3) Very disappointed in the lack of communication from all aspects of the company and my overall experience was not good... It's fortunate for your company there are no other major competitors...
Good clean equipment, very polite and professional
Attendant came out, unhooked the trailer without saying a word, then finally without ever making eye contact said “you can leave unless you need a receipt “. When I replied I didn't he never even acknowledged me, just kept walking away. Very rude!
We weren't able to send our location so we took pictures and contacted customer service. Customer service was great and made sure to make note of our drop off.
