Richard RTruck made a noise at pickup. Agent dismissed issue. Vehicle u- joint on drive train broke a mile after truck was loaded. Same Agent very helpful with towing and providing a second smaller truck. 2nd truck had an issue with ramp latching properly. Leon. 8164531045

tammy oDay 2 of trying to get confirmation on my return.. Nobody was at the drop off location, couldn’t get an answer on any of the numbers provided.. Call The store number again today and a very rude and irritable lady picked up the phone just to say, “he ain’t here, call back later.. And hung up before I could explain the situation.. I dropped off a trailer before and with 3 individuals working in the little garage, nobody assisted in dropping off the trailer, individual was rude then also, barking an order at me as to where he specifically wanted it parked…
David CI just had moved to the area, didn't really know where anything was. Called U-Haul and had them check it around for a location that would have a enclosed or even an open trailer that I could use for the day. Hillcrest was the only location that has one. Only one but they had one. Super nice people. Will definitely be using them again.

donovan nThe reservation system you have is a mess. We were suppose to get a uhaul in Brookfield, Mo. they didn’t have one for us or dvd. A reservation for us. Bethany uhaul helped us out. When you have a reservation and confirmation number you think you are set to get a truck. Bethany 90 miles from where we were helped us out

Denise FThe only possible thing I can think of is to have a key drop box to be able to drop the truck off after hours to settle at your earliest convenience to have available for another client. We were very pleased with the customer service, she was fast, friendly, professional, and she went above and beyond and phoned when a truck came in earlier than our reservation to see if that might be better for us than waiting.
Shelly PI was running late arrived after they closed. There was a number on the door to the owners to call. I called her and she came right away to assist me with my rental. VERY friendly and professional even when computer gave her issues with my rental. HIGHLY recommend this U-Haul location. She went above and beyond what anyone else would do!!!!

DONALD PI wanted this car hauler Bc it had trailer brakes. Well after a drove for a bit there were no trailer brakes at all or even sometimes felt like they were locking up I checked the fluid level there was nothing in it filled it up worked for a bit then it was dry again. Brakes on my truck were smoking by the time I got home so there goes 400$ at least also right blinker did not work.
Cody RI was extremely disappointed in the whole experience. I ‘reserved’ a rental over a month in advance at a specific location only to find that I’d have to drive a 2 hour round trip to get a truck, then 2 hours again to go back for my personal vehicle. The initial reservation call didn’t warn me about the possibility of not getting a rental at the location I requested, nor did they explain to me that my ‘reservation’ wouldn’t be confirmed or locked in until 24-48 hours prior to my rental date. For someone who lives alone, this whole process was incredibly stressful and time consuming. Not at all impressed, and I’d absolutely recommend people shop around before agreeing to this asinine process. The actual service the location provided me was adequate and the staff person was pleasant and at least understood my frustration, but there was nothing they could have done to improve my overall experience.
