The location was great the pain to rent it will keep me from renting from uhaul. The communication, coordination and follow was terrible. And in the end I got invoiced for 2 day and I returned in less than 24 hours. Very disappointed.lee H.

I went to the park Street location in Regina and they did not have the trailer for me that I reserved. It took an hour and a half to figure out another option and I had to go to another location to get a trailer.Lonny K.

It is frustrating to contact U-haul speaking to a USA representative, only to transfer to a Canadian rep. I reserved online and ordered insurance when I went to pickup the auto hauler and looked at my contract there was on insurance on the contract, the guy tried to add it and couldn't he something about putting a note in the system and we hooked it on my truck and I left When I got home I was thinking about it and I wanted insurance on the contract. I called the location and left messages and no one returned my calls, I called uhaul and they told me they can't add insurance once I picked it up. I drove back to location and got there at 10 mins to closing and it was already locked up. I left messages on the locations answering machine and never heard back. Poor service, didn't look after the customer, didn't call the customer back. I may never use uhaul again.Dean E.

It was not the fault of the location but the key lock boxes don't work in the winter as it's too cold. We need a better solution. I had to wait for the key for more than 15 minutes because they weren't open even though I arrived right at the time I scheduled and chose mobile contactless pickup. This made me late getting back to work which was inconvenient and the owner was not wearing a mask (which is mandatory in SK). It was hard to find the truck only because I didn't know what number I was provided. The Guy was friendly and great location.Alyssa J.

Picking up was great but dropping off was terrible. I had to call a tow company to assist getting the hutch off since no one was present at the store to assist. It cost me additional $42.00 to get help. No additional moving items to purchase and had to stop while hauling a trailer at a mall is not fun.Carole R.

Better organization. I had to go to 3 different locations before I could pick up a truck I had reserved 3 days before time. The truck I was supposed to pick up was not returned and nobody notified me until 2 hours after my supposed pick up time. I did not give this location a bad rating because it did not have anything to do with my situation. Please do betterChima A.

The truck had garbage in the cab and the box of the truck needed a sweep. On top of that, the window wipers kept falling apart which would mean I both had to make it work and stop and put them back together. This was less than convenient and hindered my overall experience as it was mainly snow and rain I drove through on my trip.Nathan B.

My experience overall was poor. I reserved a 20 foot truck. When I went to pick it up it wasn't at the location I had reserved it at. Nor was it even Available to me at all. You guys gave me a 15 foot truck instead. Which I had to drive to a different location to get. I was not able to fit all of my belongings in the 15 foot truck. Now this is going to cost me extra time and funds to retrieve the rest of my belongings.Tyler B.

The initial person I spoke to over the phone about my rental was very rude. Her name was Asia. She cut me off before I was done speaking and got some details wrong that I had spelled out for her, for instance the man who picked up the trailer is named ART not HART and I had to spell that for her. This was an awful experience. I had a van booked at 1pm and when I went to pick it up Hill Consulting was closed. I phoned them and was to told I can start my reservation on my phone. I checked my reservation email and there was no place to start my reservation. I phoned uhaul and the customer service person was awful. Finally after an hour of waiting in the cold. Some line showed up at hill consulting. This is an unacceptable way to manage reservations. If they weren't available at 1pm I shouldn't have been able to book the van at 1pm.Shawn E.

Please fix you system.. I had to wait 4 hours to pick up my track because it wasent returned properly as they said and couldn't gave it to me. Front desk was very nice and friendly. It's kinda ridiculous that uhaul have told the location that they can't use debit or cash only credit but on the phone with uhaul I'm told I can pay however. The location was amazing but the company over all needs to work better with there affiliates like hill auto present experience but disappointed in how the uhaul team delt with some of itPAUL A.
I had the uhaul returned to a different location which is where my contract stated it was to be returned. I received a call from this location threatening to charge me extra if I didn't return it here. After explaining what was written in my contract this location made some calls and completed the reservation. Overall a frustrating experience.SHEILA P.

Air conditioning in the truck didn't work and even though the owner knew about it he didn't tell us. Found out when we where on the road on a 30C+ day. A truck was available on the weekend but the owner wasn't willing to open so we could pickup the truck. Had to wait three days and pick up on a Tuesday when the truck was guaranteed for the Friday before.richard C.
I booked trailer online at Park location and customer service called me and said do you have to pick it up from this location when also I did confirm with customer service drop off location at Park Street because they have after of her service drop off Hill auto called me today around 2:52 was very rude said where is my trailer and I explain everything dropped off at Park Street as per customer service I don't understand why they billed me way more than the contract price ?Ricky D.
The whole situation right from pick up was not the best. I did not receive any email at all entailing that my uhaul was being moved to hill consulting so instead I went to the Uhaul building where I had scheduled for it to be. Normally you're suppose to get an email or phone call informing you saying your uhaul will be at another location. Instead I went to Uhaul, waited, and finally once I got to talk to someone she informed me my uhaul was at another location. So by then I had grouchy tired kids from having to sit in the car doing nothing with my friend while I was inside waiting to be helped. Once I finally got to Hill consulting it was fine. I picked up my truck around 11:15 maybe, I got the email stating my truck would be at another location around 12:45 I think it was. So almost 2 hours too late.Amber L.
They charged me three times.. I traveled for 61 km and I filled 15 liter gas before dropping Uhaul at location.. they still charged me extra $76 for fule.. Clear case of cheating customerALTAF M.

Opted to do the "Self-pickup" option that U-Haul offers so I could pick up at 7:30am on Saturday. Got a call Friday night saying that the worker at this establishment forgot to setup self pick up and was to lazy to do it before he went home (obviously worded nicer). I then showed up at 9:00am (the rescheduled time) and I had to wait outside for 15min in the -30Â°C (without windchill) for him to show up late. Also, I was promised a discount from U-Haul for the inconvenience. I did not receive this discount and was still forced to pay full price.Travis L.

The location did not have the truck available, which I had booked online. After arranging for another vehicle at a specific time by phone, I got to the location and I was told that my reservation had been cancelled, which was not true. I was given a new, but delayed pick-up time, and as no one was around when I dropped the vehicle off, I was charged more km than the actual amount I used. Overall I was very disappointed with the U-Haul experience, and will likely try other rental companies first when I next need a moving vehicle.Skip P.

The representative was so rude. I booked the u-haul initially for full 24 hours and got a call from service center asking for courtesy to someone else who is alsonlooking for same truck next day early morning so i agree in forst instance without any concerns or issue and when i went there to grab the keys the representative was rude and rudely was given me timeline that you must be shown up at 11:30 or in the midnight to drop the keys so it was embarrassing for me infront if my friend... i am taking your service by paying full amout, i am not asking for free but the experience was bad and that was my first move with u-haul... very disappointedNaveed A.
