Next day I arrive to pick it up they didn’t have a dolly plus moving traps asked me if I still wanted the truck and of course I did bc at that point I was ready to move my stuff, didn’t have time to get back online and search for anything else. Plus charged 124 dollars then also had to refill it with 40 extra dollars

MELINDA HorService your vehicles. The tires were nearly bald, one headlight was out on bright, the passenger side tail light went out mid trip and the windshield wipers turned themselves on and wouldn’t turn back off. This truck needs to be taken off the road!

Mark DavisThe representative at Hilers’ was excellent. However, when the office in Louisville got involved things got messy. They, initially, changed my pickup locator an unmanned site. I wanted to deal with a person not a phone. I went to Hilers’ specifically because I want to talk to someone face to face. Fortunately she was able to straighten it out. She was extremely helpful. I would not deal with a pickup using a phone and a drop box only

Allison RobinsonLower milage rates. As far as the location only one person runs the office for customers. Had to wait for her to get off her cell phone about a 3 minute wait. Right after telling her why I was there her business phone rang and waited 2 or 3 more minutes. The phones rang a total of 4 times not including the call she was on when I walked in she was polite and informative I believe she could have been a model rep. If she had another person helping her

amy andersonNo one was there to receive the truck and it took over and hour for us to get anyone from uhaul to return our call, we were to drop the uhaul off at a different location that had went out of business. Luckily the former dealer told us to take it to the uhaul place where we left it and I called yesterday to check and see if everything was cleared and the lady I talked to was wonderful

TAMARA LOCKRIDGEThe tire was flat and the people working are very rude. They did not help with the tire or let us know they left the business after we payed.
roy kiskadenIt was swept out but had dry mud in the floor of the cab. The door seals were in good shape but were loose and in need of construction glue. I feel these are all minor. Made for a noisy trip but the equipment was in good overall shape.

GERALD ONEYThe girl working disapeared and had to be hunted down. The truck itself was covered in clumps of dog hair inside the cab. Took over an hour to pick up.

Also did not tell me about the deposit before swiping my card found out before I dropped truck off they took 160 when it was only eighty some dollars for everything. Woman explain it was a deposit and I still haven't recieved the deposit back yet been two days!!!

Cristi HowardThe uhaul truck smelled like cigarette smoke. I dropped off the truck with the same amount of gas that I started with and was charged $54. I dropped off the uhaul at the location on the contract an hour before the 3pm time and was charged an additional day and another $54. I tried to call and was on hold for over 20 minutes. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul. If the location is closed, they should let the customer know that there will be an additional $54 charge. Unbelievable!!!!!
KERRI DARNELLWe are located in a county with covid cases going crazy and both employees were in the office unmasked. I found this to be totally unacceptable and inconsiderate of others. I would not use this location again.
