Monica VIt’d be awesome if there was someway a backup camera could be installed as it would help when it comes to single riders who may need to backup the truck to unload it easier. other than that my experience was awesome, it was so easy to use the website to book a rental, when I was running a bit later than expected I called customer service and they helped me in minutes. I will definitely be using u-haul again in the future when I need to move my furniture.
Marissa PRented a trailer for two days. Good shape. Good tires. All the lights worked and the UHaul employee helped hook up and made sure the lights worked with the truck.

george mGreat service and dependable vehicles. Very helpful renting the appliance dolley as i was moving a heavy fridge! It would be helpful if this location would carry straps or tie downs so customers can secure items while in transit. However I just stopped and purchase some on the way.

JEFFREY WGreat customer service. The location was a little...odd. It is inside of a laundromat. The two guys who helped me were very friendly and even called customer service when I was having trouble using the uhaul gift certificate. Just make sure that if you don't have a second person with you to drive you there, you should use rideshare because you cannot leave your car in the lot while you use the Uhaul. You can get towed.

Rufus EI was told to return the truck with just over 3/4 a tank of gas. The gas gauge would never come above 3/4 while at the station. So I pumped until it cut off.. then I get in and start up.. still just at 3/4 a tank. I drive the 2 miles to the drop location and the tank now shows full. Was told by attendant that I would receive a discount in the system due to the fuel issue.. until the tablet ran my card and no discount was offered. Will not use this location again and would not recommend it to anyone I know
