Sucks that any of the small trucks are always gone. Unless a reservation is used. Nice if there were more.
caleb sThe back of the truck was filthy, even had nickels and pennies in it. My husband took the time to sweep it out, I told him I would return it the way we received it.
PHILIP SI did not pick the trailer up I just made the arrangements and paid the bill, someone else picked it up. I was treated very well on the phone and would recommend the business.

caleb sIt Mostly Involves the App. The Picking Up the Truck After Hours Through the App Process Took Way Too Long. I Suggest Getting a Rental by Person to Person. The Return was a Little Faster and Less Aggravation.

Donald MIt wasn't this locations problem but uhaul corporate called the day before pickup to inform me the truck was one place and the trailer was another place. This reservation was made 2 weeks in advance and the girl on the phone told me it was my problem not theirs to move equipment. Had to get off work and hour early to make sure I could get to both locations before they closed to get the equipment I needed. Very upset and will look for other moving companies next time. Did not feel like a valued customer at all
Brian EPlenty of staff around, friendly and helpful. Office isn't well marked, and it's a large spread-out facility, but was referred to the U-Haul desk quickly upon arrival. Good folks and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
WILBUR LMake signage clearer for exactly where the door to enter for UHaul is located. This is also a towing/mechanic garage and it's very confusing. Also the check engine light came on within a mile of pulling out of the lot so i had to go back. The mechanic said they had replaced the part but forgot to recalibrate the dash light. It was fine until I'd loaded the truck then the check engine light came on again. I called High Road and they told me i had to call UHaul to decide what to do. No one at UHaul answered the phone the 3 times i called so i drove the truck from OH to VA with the check engine light on. Ugh.

Debra SIf a person chooses to use mobile pick- up, make it clear that one must be at the location to get code to open box to get key. I was not aware and it took several hours to figure it out. I tried to get code at my home because I know my cell signal at this location barely had one bar. Frustrating but all worked out ok, just delayed a few hours.

LARRY BThe location was great but your system for renting a pull trailer is awful. Your website kept going down and it took almost 2 hours for me to get the trailer rented. Not everyone uses smart phones and you shouldn't have to in order to rent a pull trailer. While I would be happy to use the services of High Road Towing In the future I dont see me renting from Uhaul ever again.

Tim BOutstanding service at this center ! Why did uhaul remove the jack stanfs ? Is it because they want the trailers to Stay on the hitches once they are hooked up ? That's what I surmised.
SHERWYN SFirst location was the Travel a lodge I reserved a 26' truck that they gave away even though I was pre checked in. When I called u haul they gave me a 17 foot truck wich cause me more trips and more money! .99 cents a mile is outrageous!! The truck was beat up handled like crap and had a mile of play in the steering wheel. I'll NEVER GO BACK WITH U HAUL EVER AGAIN!

EUGENE BOnly bad thing is I got charged an extra $40 for lord knows what? I filled the uhaul back up with gas, and if I went over on miles it wasn't $40 worth. Would like a refund

Richard SIt's very hard to do a self pickup on my mobile device at a rural location like this. I had patchy cellphone service in the area and had a hard time getting verified. It took me about 30 mins of refreshing and uploading my documents to finally get a key. I wish the rental process wasn't so difficult.

Sabrina WIt was a little frustrating understanding the pickup process. The UHaul website wasn't cooperative. I called the local number provided and was helped immediately. The local aspect of the process was awesome.
Teresa CFirst we had to return our car hauler here then the truck later when we could finally get in our house. The heat had stopped working on the truck but luckily it had been warm. Once again the website initially couldn't find my $262.00 payment that I had already paid and I ended up paying $94 for miles I didn't drive!! Never again!

Robert CWe arrived for our 9 a.m. pick up and our truck needed a wheel seal. They out us into another customer's 20 footer. Just gave us the keys. Four hours later, I received a call asking if we had gotten our truck because the truck hadn't been formally dispatched.

david BMy reservation did not appear on my app not my account online. After calling Uhaul and being on hold for an hour and twenty minutes of an hour and a half call, my call was disconnected. I called back, another 15 minutes on hold, finally spoke with a lady who was helpful and efficient. I had my truck 15 minutes later. I was 2 hours late to help my blind friend move. I was not happy with the overall customer service.

Larry MU-Haul does not provide the proper address for this location if you need a cash deposit refund. Luckily I spoke with Tim at the Jackson Pike location, who steered me in the right direction.
stacy lGreat staff and service at this site,. Tried to return at U-Haul located at Travelodge business in gallipolis, oh. And they were terrible service. They would not even come to front counter to see what we were there to do,so we went to high road tow location just down the street. Stay away from Travelodge location .

Sara TWe went to the location (T & G Appliance…) we were supposed to take it to and they informed us that they haven't been a drop off spot for months, but Uhaul continues to send people there. We had to drive back to a different place to drop it off. Please correct this so others don't go on a wild goose chase! ¡Gracias!
CARY HNew location and only small signage. Luckily, some people were there to let us know where to drop dolly. No other UHaul equipment there.
