It was an after hours drop off and it was dark where the Uhaul trucks were parked. A little lighting would have been nice. The Uhaul after hour drop off App kept kicking me out, but after a few tries it finally worked.
MARK TImprove the self return system. I could not get it to work. Need some kind of token to put in a drop box something simple. I will probably use someplace staffed nex time I use U haul services

jerry sI sent an email asking to be reimbursed at least for the “expert” hook up help I was charged since it was discovered on the road we had no brake lights or turn indicators. Still haven’t heard that’s happened!
Carol WA little hard to find the front entrance as you can access the business from the street in front and behind. The attendant was very helpful and considerate. The truck wasn't filthy on the inside but it did require some cleaning. Sticky leftover soda in the cup holders, lots of dead bugs on the windshield and small leaves/debris on the floor.
MATTHEW JMegan did a great job getting me set up with a trailer. she also went the extra mile to help me when I was on the road. If you haven't been to this store it is a must see for our small town. Not only would l recommend a friend I am recommending all that read this blog....
Tim SThe 24/7 app was terrible! It’s a good idea but it didn’t work. I spent c30-45 minutes on the phone waiting for assistance, going through all the legal disclaimers, sending all the pictures, etc. Most importantly, you need to get the app (or unable.com) to work. Then you need to streamline it.
