no one present to check in. Three phone calls to see if unit was checked in. I disconnected and dropped the unit personally. This dealership is definitely a side line. On arrival I saw two functional units on site and one that appeared to be ready for rebuild. I received a call the afternoon of my schedule drop off date from your corporate hq (I Think) asking me if I was going to drop the unit as it was scheduled for rental the next day. I advised the caller that I had dropped it the day before and had been unsuccessful at having it properly checked in.
