Hercules is awesome! They have helped me many times with different reservations. When I called them about returning the van there instead of Johnstown, they said they would make sure I wasn’t charged extra. Great location!

Justin RThe U-Haul app used to checkout/in the truck performed horribly. It took me over 40min to go through the process and obtain the equipment I rented. When I called customer service I was transferred around before ever getting to someone that could help. And by that time my persistence refreshing and restarting the app finally got my transaction to go through. This app / process needs work it's nowhere near as smooth/easy as it could be.

Sandra WWhen dropping off the truck, again the online process did not work correctly. Pure frustration again after a long day of moving. Luckily, I was able to call the owner of the drop off site to confirm the truck was returned. The convenience of using online systems did not work. This added to an already extremely stressful day. Please check your online system so that no one needs to have so many road blocks.

Jerry MI have used Uhaul many times over the years and this time I got a BAD truck. Hercules Equipment would not have known this without driving it several miles. Uhaul roadside was WORTHLESS. 2 hour hold time just to tell them there was a problem! Hello older lady, side of road, severe heat warnings.

David RFacility operator told me they would be open at 8 am for my pickup. I made a special trip to know where they were located and confirm pickup time. Another, very kind gentlemen, arrived shortly after 9 am and got things ready for me. I was paying 2 movers by the hour starting at 9 am, so they were paid for nearly and hour to wait because of this problem. Again, gentlemen who arrived and prepared the paperwork was great, but definitely a breakdown in communication and intentions at this facility. Will rent elsewhere in the future. Karen DI would suggest putting jacks on your enclosed trailers. They are very front heavy and with a load, near impossible to unhook.
