This location was good. I originally ordered a uhaul in snow hill where I was moving from and to. The price was going to only be 85$, I was only using under 2 miles and hardly any gas and the snow hill location was VERY convenient. Then I got a phone call a day before the reservation saying they don’t have that truck in snow hill. So I was forced to drive to the next town over, which increased the total mileage by 50 miles, raising my total price from the simple $85 to well over $150. The truck I reserved was the biggest truck and I did not plan to drive that much in such a huge apparatus. I find it would have made more sense when the rep called me instead of saying “I see you want the 24’ truck, I don’t have one in snow hill but I have one in pocomoke” maybe instead of changing my order and doubling the price just have someone drive it over to the location to be available at the location I had originally requested. I was going to hardly even use any of the gas and I was not given any discounts nor compensations for this huge change in my service and price. I was still expected to leave the tank half filled with gas. I do not see any reason why this reservation was complicated this much. The people at the pocomoke location were wonderful though, besides my order itself being bloated into a huge bill to add to the moving process, their customer service was good and they expressed the instructions well. Still, it felt almost intentional to get more out of the customer.

MICHAEL BThe experience I had with your company was very positive overall and I would like to add that the young lady who worked for Hensler’s U-Haul rental was great she took me through the whole process with the utmost professionalism.
LINDA MIt was a bit confusing as to where the driveway to park was located. We saw all the trucks parked in a different lot, and pulled in there, but that was not where the key drop was located. Also, cell service prevented posting photos.
