I really don’t have any complaints with the business but I would like to just state that since theft of gasoline and catalytic converters are a major and common problem for the businesses that maybe more diligence should be taken by the establishments to do thorough inspections at the start of each day to ensure that the customers are safe and not at risk of being stranded in the event that theft has occurred. I really appreciate the U-Haul team for making my experience as less stressful as it could have been under the circumstances. The compassion and communication skills of the entire call staff was outstanding. Thank you.
