There was no one to check me out. The staff took the key & replied they would let other staff know.

kevin neffHave dropped things off here twice. Both times they say "just give me the keys" we will check it in later. You have to ask them to give you something that proves you turned it in on time and they seem to be bothered that you want something. As an attorney I believe everyone that returns a vehicle should get a receipt that they turned it in and verify the time it was turned in and that they the rental blankets were accounted for. Its a nice location just the only UHAUL I have been to that does not even look at the vehicle when you turn it in.

Joseph BaumerThe vehicle we were given was beat up and disgusting, previous users did not submit photos or follow the proper return procedures. The vehicle was given to us nearly empty and returned with nearly a quarter tank, yet I was charged 20 dollars for gas while returning through the online portal. The U-Haul app is non functioning and would not accept any photos of the odometer. The return location's after hours drop box would not fit the key and I had to hammer it into the box to get it to fit. I have spent nearly 5000 dollars on UHauls services within the past 3 months and I can say for certain that this will absolutely be the last time I use this companies services.
