David GTell the business owner to stop smoking in the office, I about gagged on the smoke and it lingered on me the rest of the day. Didn't seem interested advising me of cost savings when I said I was going to drive about 500 miles in it, and acted downright condescending about it when he quoted the cost estimate. They didn't have the packing blankets or regular dolly I requested, and instead provided a furniture dolly which I couldn't even really use for the items I was about to move. Then didn't even offer to take the dolly to the truck. He instead said that's it, the proceeded to walk out the front door. I had to ask him to please hold the door for me ask I dragged the dolly out the front door. When I put it in the back of the truck, I didn't know how to secure it so every time I came to a stop light it slammed into the back of the cab causing me to be on edge and stressed the rest of the day. I also incurred a 2 hour delay mid-trip when the battery leads decided to come loose and i had to wait for U-Haul to get someone to come out and fix it.
Rodney MTruck was very dirty and the dolly I paid for was not provided. I am due a refund.

crystal dHorrible the number listed doesn't work and customer service couldn't reach them either and had to email district management just to get my rental closed after I had already turned it in 12hours ago. Pickup was a mess had an open sign but no help and customer service had to switch rental pickup to mobile no contact just to give me a rental. What a mess and still waiting on my money to go back to my card. I will not be using this location ever again.

Jeffrey JRear tire was low on air and the guy said it was a faulty pressure sensor, he was incorrect. I put air in it and the sensor read it and the warning turned off. The uhaul was about 85% clean.

Destiny MAt this location they were unable to park the 26ft truck in their lot so I was required to do my paperwork at this location and then drive down the road a ways to actually get the truck. There was no uhaul representative there to be sure that the truck was in working order. It was not an experience I would want repeated. Very dissatisfied with the actual checking out process.

Shenita CMark was awesome in providing great service and very responsive on the phone and any questions I had. He even extended my rental for 3 days upon request without any hesitation. Great guy great service. I will be renting from Mark again next month.
VISHALPRAFUL AMake sure the vehicles on that lot are properly serviced before they are rented out. Yesterday experienced was by far the worst day.
Litasha AAs a customer return uhaul back they need to change the mileage if the person did stay gone over the time they put. The man didn't change my mileage and I brought back uhaul before the time he put so my charge should've been less than he quoted when renting
Truby BThe truck was old and the suspension was crap. Gas milage was terrible. But the biggest problem was that they charged me for a 1/4 tank of gas when I turned it in with a little more gas than when I picked it up. $38 in extra gas.

Rebecca EWhen I showed up to pick up my vehicle several people were smoking at the front desk area, it was dirty and the air was barely breathable. While I was checking in two of the employees exchanged racist comments and said "nigger" several times, quite frankly I didn't know what to do or what to say. I was too shocked by this behavior to have a response. I am myself a white male so I think they thought I was of the same opinion as them and was in agreement, I assure you I am not. One of them was an older white male with a hat that says retired navy that someone called Mark and the other was an overweight white man wearing a neon colored hoodie that pulled in on a motorcycle. When I returned my truck later that day I checked it in and was told everything was good and left with the expectation that I had met all of the requirements of the rental contract. I recieved an email later that said I was charged $55 for bringing it back at 1/4 of a tank when it was 1/2 full, just as it was when I picked it up. I called and explained the discrepancy to someone who said it was something U-haul has been doing and they would fix it. It was never fixed and for the past few days my calls to them have been ignored. Quite frankly they stole $55 from me and then blocked me. I will not go by there to request my money back, they were all opening wearing guns and I don't feel safe going in there to complain about their theft. Which is a tactic i believe they do intentionally. This is not an establishment that U-Haul should allow to represent them, hence I will never again do business with U-Haul.
Michael FFirst vehicle was a new Chevy pick up it was nice just a lil dirty on side but overall ok…. Second vehicle was a newer van had a low tire reposted it gentleman said it is ok but I drove it anyway and went and had all 4 tires check and all were low inside could have been sweeper or vacuumed out but it was too bad.. customer was on point friendly and professional and accommodated my needs. Definitely recommend to friends … I give them a 8 out of 10 stars….
