With the number of times I had to use a truck in the past 6 weeks, it would have been nice to get some kind of deal. I was not happy when I picked this last rental up. I was 45 minutes late- not due to my fault and I ended up having to redo the rental which charged $60 more dollars than the original rental agreement- not coolReaine W.

Can't think of anything. The staff at Haxel's are extremely polite and friendly. There are 2 other U-Haul providers closer to me, but I've gone to Haxel's 3 or 4 times now. It's a great place to rent a U-Haul!JOHN H.

We picked up the Uhaul and the back was dirty. We returned it in the same condition that we received it with extra gas and were charged a $25 cleaning fee that should have been charged to the person before us.Sarah P.

They charged me $10 for gas, which around here is about 4 gallons. The needle was actually a little above when I dropped it off from where it was when I got it. I guess the guys at the drop off location can distinguish 4 gallons on a 40 gallon tank for truck that uses an analog gauge. Additionally, after hours drop requires you to provide pics of the fuel gauge and odometer, which no one mentions. So I had already put the keys/contract in the box with the thought that I would enter the info on the website check in process. So I end up getting charged $35 for bullsh*t.Paul G.

The driver side mirror was loose and kept falling down within seconds after being adjusted. I couldn't get over 60 mph on the interstate because it was terrible to keep on the road. There was no cruise control either. The location for pick up and drop off was fine and Mr. Haxel was very nice and pleasant to deal with. My complaint is with the actual truck and the way it drove and handled. I will not rent with Uhaul again.Megan A.

Twenty minutes into my ride after picking up my U-Haul it completely blew out a tire. Not only was this dangerous, but I had to wait an hour and a half for it to be fixed. This caused me to have to pay my moving crew for two additional hours.Jacob B.

There was no key available for me to leave with the truck. I was able to open the doors and pull up the back but there was no key, word box, or lock box anywhere. I called customer service and they were trying to get a hold of the area manger to reverse the charges and could not reach him. I was charged for a truck that I could not even use and still no one has called me back about this. I will never use this again.Kandace G.
