The poor sales lady is not sure what is available and when she tried to contact the owner, he wouldn't answer. Also, when I spoke to him the night before, he said he had plenty of 15 ft trucks but I had to cancel my reservation and go with a 10 ft instead because he had only 1 functioning 15 ft truck and someone else got it.

The woman who helped us was very friendly. She got us taken care of pretty quickly. The truck itself was in good condition. I think something got delayed because I didn’t get the text to confirm the truck and condition until I had already left. But this didn’t cause any issue.

The staff was clueless on how to handle the uhaul and had no idea I was picking up the vehicle. The inside window was extremely dirty and hard to see out of.

My reservation was cancelled after I picked up a truck and I was never asked to sign a contract I had to be on the phone with uhaul in order to get this taken care of. This location does not imput the order in the system and took a copy of my credit card for no reason.

The person was very helpful since I could not get a U-Haul person on the phone to drop the truck off using the U-Haul app on my phone. This person took down all the information (mileage, fuel amount, etc.) for me to turn the truck into her. She was very helpful and nice throughout this process.

Have customer wait for it to be checked in. So u haul doesn’t have to call days later to ask if i still need truck. Need to improve on all suggestions or I wont recommend or use them again.

It was a little concerning that there was no paperwork provided, everything eventually came via e-mail, but, I had nothing when I drove off.

I did the online checkout for everything however the business seemed to be off with how that process worked. I still had to show them ID, Card etc. This was not a huge deal but it did waste time. The truck was clean and good to go.

The store was not contactless for picking up the truck. The store did not open at the correct time and the truck did not have the blankets we paid for. The truck was only left with a quarter of a tank as well.

They were a little late opening the store, but the manager was nice and got the truck pointed out in the right direction.

When I dropped off, I showed the employee a picture of the odometer and gas gauge to show I was compliant with the contract. I asked if I should check in online and he said no, he would take care of checking me in. I received a message later that night informing me of a $18 dollar charge due to gas. This is wrong and I have the picture to confirm.

I had a trailer that was a little tricky to park in their parking lot but the truck was no problem. The owner was very nice and helpful.

The location was 30 minutes from my home too far to pick up a uhaul. I pre registered and paid and yet the attendant did not know she had a truck for me. Delays in waiting for a call to an imaginary person and then to uhaul to figure things out.

UHaul actually need to have available customer service agents on the phone. I waited for a total of 3 hours on various phone calls. UHaul customer service was also very very low quality. I would never rent for Uhaul again purely on how difficult it is to get any detailed information. UHaul app failed to allow me to do an online pickup which delayed my move. My pick up location changed 12 hours before my scheduled pickup making my plans change for the day as the new pickup location was 40 miles away from where i live. When the location change , the included mileage wasn't even change to incorporate how many miles i had to drive to get my truck and bring it back to my house. I scheduled movers and they did not show up, changing my plans and day AGAIN. I called customer service about refund and they were ride and told me they can't help me and that i have to go to my email to request refund. That was after waiting on the phone for 30 minutes. The stores i picked up and dropped off from were great. UHaul as a company is a disaster to deal with and rent from. Never again.

The vehicle was clean. That’s the good news. I showed up on time for my reservation 10 reservation. The manager had arrived just I got there.. The location hadn’t yet opened. The UHaul system was not turned on. The coughing manager arbitrarily wore his mask as it was mostly off, even in the store. My 15’ box truck wasn’t properly equipped with the requested hand trucks and furniture pads. I had to secure them at an Ellicott City location. So the disappointment of mine includes the issues at the store, which was a two hour round trip from my home(my requested pick up location was 10 minutes from my home). And secondly spending another 1.5 hrs traveling to and working with the Ellicott City location for my supplies. This rental costs me over $2,300 for five days. The aggravation in dealing with UHaul and their inability to just provide basic and good customer service will linger for quite some time.

When I arrived to have my vehicle unchained, the straps removed and my car driven off the trailer, there was no one there who could help or knew how to do it. Let's just say, it was a disaster!! I'd like to speak to someone about my Uhaul experience!!

We dropped off the truck and the worker said we were good to go. Not letting us know we had to fill out a form. 14 hours later the truck was still marked as in use. We called Customer service and sat on hold for about 30 minutes until someone could help.

Horrible service. I had to ask all the questions when picking up the uhaul. Never signed a contract. When I returned the uhaul, I then was charged more what was I was originally told. Next time I'll just use family vehicles rather than using this service again. Caused more headaches than necessary.

Drop off location was 10 miles from the town center? There are no drop off locations in Westminster, MD city limits? Location was a liquor store and the woman working had no idea what to do, including not realizing uhaul rented blankets. When I said I was dropping off a trailer, all I got was “ok”. When I asked what to do and where to put it, she replied “I don’t deal with that, he does”. There was no one else in the store. Just a truly miserable overall experience from uhaul.

No one knew we were picking up a trailer at location. Clerk was very kind but had to call her boss at home and we had to do reservation process all over again with him over the phone.

Raheerl Johnri you are a great person! You give the Harvey General Store a friendly & kind atmosphere, very refreshing. My U-Haul truck rental experience was perfect & everything I needed. All of my future U-Haul truck rental needs will be through Harvey General Store!

Never came outside to assist when picking up...No help hooking up trailer. Never came Outside when dropping off...No help unhooking. No paperwork picking up...No paperwork dropping off. Receive bill almost 1 month later! What a complete sham. How this place qualifies as a Uhaul location is the main question that I’m sure will not get answered. Honestly if you want to lose a Uhaul customer...This is the place to start! I will go out of my way to rent from anyone but Uhaul in the future! Alan Haynes

Truck was not swept clean when I picked it up. The supplemental equipment was not with the truck and the facility didn’t have any. Had to go to another uhaul location to pick up the equipment I needed for the move.

Dropped off uhaul on 6/1 after hours, had problems with the check in on the website. It was raining outside and the site kept freezing up so I could not complete the return. I called and phone line kept ringing, no answer until 6/4 to get help. Should only be charged for 1 day of rental, not 3. Asked for someone to contact me back to make sure this was resolved, still no response. When calling during business hours on hold for 20-40 minutes which is very frustrating. Would like Rep to call me so I can make sure the return was made and what I am being charged.
