He always makes sure we get our equipment as requested. Dave, the district manager, is also awesome! He always makes sure we are well taken care of.

The truck had the oil light and the coolant light on and it drove terrible. The transmission does not shift properly and it feels like the engine is going to explode at 35 miles per hour.

LAWANNA SAddress for pickup incorrect on confirmation email. In fact, actual pickup location 4 miles away. Had to go to another uhaul pickup location to help find where I needed to go. Delayed 1.5 hours. Once I got to pickup location, no one was there to assist with pickup. Took additional 30 minutes for someone to arrive to unlock lot. I was not only reservation that had issues. Call to customer service was not helpful or reassuring. Nobody could explain delay. Will not rent from your company again. You took an already stressful experience and made it even worse. Be better at the service you provide.

Sonia TVery convenient but know the address says 792 Veterans Memorial but it is really off Floyd Road on the right across from the jiffy lube. It’s an entrance that’s hard to see. Just a little tin hit and uhaul vehicles.
