lights!! very dark parking lot, in a less than ideal neighborhood. need a clearer system for how to pick up. position truck in a spot that anyone can maneuver out of, was lucky to be able to squeeze truck out of parking spot since there was a pickup truck parked right behind it, and very limited room on either side of moving truck

Vehicle was NOT in good working order. Engine lights came on frequently and passenger side headlight frame was busted causing the light to shine straight down to the pavement. Vehicle inadequacies prevented us from night travel forcing us into 2 overnight hotel stays.

The Uhaul we got had no gas in it when we picked it up. It wasn't an issue until the people told me i needed to put as much gas in it as there was when i picked up. I left a quarter tank of gas in the truck when i dropped it off when the gas light was on when picked up. So they charged me over $100 for no reason. The lady at Glass and Paint argued with me and told me to “Get over Itâ€. So yes I wouldn't recommend Uhaul to anyone. Get your own truck and trailer instead of dealing with their bull crap.
