I haven't received an email or phone call about getting my money back on the equipment not included in my reservation. The mobile drop off was hard to do because of the cold weather and rain. There was no covered area to park the truck to not be in the rain.

Upon entering the truck the smell of marijuana was very over whelming. I told the agent and she came out to wipe the seats down but to MO PREVAIL!!! I as diagnoses with asthma and COPD. THIS REALLY TRIGGERED OFF MY ASTHMA. I AM YET RECOVERING FROM THIS FLARE😞

Norman H.The truck had an exhaust leak and needed a muffler replaced. Was not taken to the truck for an inspection. The person just filled out the paperwork and told me it was the only 20 foot truck parked in the facility. That is why I did not refuse the truck due to the loud exhaust. Did not realize the fumes would come in the cab until after loading and traveling to destination.
francis B.Customer service was terrible. I was spoken to rudely and was NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY I OVER PAID for mileage. When I ask about it she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. I've never had this issue before. The previous owners of the Wynne location were always sweet and professional.

Katrina D.After our first trailer broke with a bent axle and bad tires, we went to this location and unfortunately, the trailer they tried to rent me also had ruined tires with the rubber worn down and the steel belt clearly showing through the tire. Uhaul needs to do a much better job of maintaining their equipment. We ended up in Forrest City, and that Uhaul and your employees there were helpful and were able to get us a new trailer that was in proper working order

MICHAEL W.The customer service was the worst I have ever had. The sales staff in wynne was rude and unorganized. They put me in the wrong truck and gave the truck to me on a quarter of a tank but the paper work reflected full. The truck was nasty and smell of marijuana in the front and back. I had to air and clean the truck out before I put any of my belongings in it. I will tell everyone to never go the the wynne office.

I had driven an hour to pick up from this location and asked to use the restroom, she was very quick to tell me No and that it was only for the employees. I would have rather been lied to than to be snapped at like I was not worthy of her facilities. Tell me it's broken or something. Also sitting right when you walked in the door was a fully stocked beverage fridge with a large sign posted - Not for sale for employees only! There was a room directly behind as well as a large area in the desk area which I feel would be more suitable if you are not trying to put cold drinks in front of people. I didn't want a drink however it just seemed a little tacky as it is right in the waiting area of the building. It was just not a friendly or welcoming environment. Thank goodness I won't have to ever rent from her again.
OTIS R.Provide better and clearer communication upfront, don't change locations at the last minute, return phone calls, make wait times on phone shorter, and when a customer orders blankets, ACTUALLY PROVIDE them!!!! I'm still mad about that ten dollar charge and the inconvenience of not having them!

MICHAEL D.1) The UHaul people failed to provide me a drop-off location to the town I moved to. I had to call the customer service hotline to inform UHaul I had arrived at my destination. This was very unprofessional. 2) The drop-off location was closed on arrival on a Saturday morning! It would have been helpful for UHaul to inform us of potential drop-off places. 3) I was able to return my truck via the online option, but it would have been real nice to know that when I picked the truck up.
