Tina FI was in awhile trailer after hours for an emergency situation even though everything around closed Hallmark party rental went above and beyond and help me. Ms Jasmin even helped to hook it up. They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone.

Joshua SI’m not a chronic complainer, but I have to say something about my experience with renting a U-Haul truck. First of all, you have to go online to do business at this location (don’t know if all locations are like this). I’m not real good at using computers and most of the time I can’t get a signal to get online. I prefer person to person contact, because usually there will be issues, and boy we had several issues in renting, taking delivery, and returning the truck. Other issues included not being able to get the key from the lockbox (couldn’t get lockbox combination lock opened), it took almost an hour to get it opened. The lock is defective. Also, I requested and paid for an appliance dolly that was not with the truck and I really needed it. The truck was in good shape and decently clean, but my overall experience was horrible. I was thoroughly aggravated and upset with the rental and returning process. I won’t say that I will never rent from U-Haul again, but I will look elsewhere for another rental company first. I’m sorry to have posted such a review, but you asked.
