The communication is great but the tools that we need are not in this area. We badly needEd the dolly but they didn’t have it. Even the queen mattress cover that i paid beforehand, they dont have it here.

I dropped off the truck on time. I wasn't told i need to use the app to check in. I dropped off the keys like any other time i did it. They charged me 20 dollars for not doing this seconds after they opened.. My drop off time was 9am but hte office didnt open until 930 so they were not even open. The girl on the phone was an idiot with no intention of helping me she said its not her problem. They arr scamming people out of 20. And another $2 for over miles??? No way. I wont use uhaul again.

Truck lock would come off had to wait 3 hours for place to open and then they didn’t have the moving pads I ordered

Leave the truck on a level surface for a way to verity the fuel level...i had to put fuel in on a level surface, and when we return it back it sits on a hill which will show a lower level than what I had at the station. I pick up the truck on a hill also so it shows the wrong level at pickup...

U-Haul needs to get their own places instead of having other businesses doing their work these people have no idea what they are doing.I had the worst experience ever paid way more then i should have because of the employee who helped me

Great customer service in both cities Victorville and when I drop the truck in Corona you are very efficient I got scared when I heard 230 but the price was less 130 something !! Thank you

Uhaul confirmed my pick up time for 9a but the location did not open until 9:30am. It had a piece of paper with it's opening time changed on it. They need to update with u haul of the change in their opening time.

she tried to over charge me using her phone to calculate what I owed the difference which was 11.85 she tried to charge me 20 something bucks I simply asked don't the computer do the adding for you she said sometimes it thru me off then went on to include another person advise that was there visiting her I as shocked to say the least not to happy but I have a unit at this location I don't want my stuff destroyed so it's ok I will take the embarrassment that happened that day.

it took me over an hour to pick up the truck because the one girl they had working didn't know how to rent it out look up my reservations or print the paper work I had to tell her to call someone then the truck smelled like dog poop worst place ever

The truck was dirty inside. There was an issue with the computer software and it was difficult for the staff to access. Otherwise, the staff were pleasant and very helpful.

The appliance dolly that I ordered what not at this location when I picked up the truck. As a result, I had to drive to another location to rent this vital piece of equipment. I was given 10 "free" extra miles, but this was an extra trip that I would have preferred not to make. I saw a sign noting, "Guaranteed Reservation Promise" and that I would have the right equipemtn or get $50... I'd like to know how to get the $50. Chris Leyerle; (949) 842-2698

The lady at this location was very effecient and friendly. She came outside immediately to check the truck, did the paperwork quickly and we were on our way. Great service.

I was assigned this location to drop off 17' truck and car trailer. Upon arrival she said I could not leave the trailer. I asked her to check and finally they said she could take the trailer. She could not find the equipment number to enter it in the computer. I took it off the equipment checklist card and she could finally enter it. Vehicle had a hard time pulling normal hills for the vehicle towed. If that truck was not large enough it should have been recommended that I get a larger truck
